the computer players in phantasmagoria can loose in extra mode even before the RNG tells them to, because it can't think far enough ahead to avoid going into places where the bullets will crush them. This goes way beyond the phantasmagoria games in terms of bullet density, so its no suprise that no matter what the player does, there are times where they can't do anything to avoid being trapped.
