This helped me feel less anxious about making emotes, I felt like I constantly had to make them under 20mins or something cuz they seem so “simple” to make. Thanks for making it look easier ❤
Thank you for leaving a comment 🥹🥹😭😭 They look simple but take some time to do especially when you have specific parts you want to emphasize! Have fun making emotes!! 💕
I JUST ATTEMPTED MY OWN LITTLE CAT AND I'M QUITE PROUD OF IT!!! THANK YOU FOR YOUR HELP, I LEARNED A LOT ABOUT THE SOFTWARE ITSELF AND JUST HOW TO DO BASIC SHADING/HIGHLIGHTS. YOU'RE THE ONLY VIDEO THAT'S REALLY HELPED THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I've been working on digital art for a few months (used to be big in 2D painting and ink work) and emotes are primarily what I've been making cause they can be so fun and creative. Showing the quality adjustments made me feel less confused and that I was exporting correctly lol. Awesome tips ty! :3
I agree! Emotes have so much room for creativity and you can turn almost anything into an emote :D I'm glad you found it helpful!! Thank you for taking the time to leave a comment ; u ;
Thank you!! That's such a great idea!! I've been thinking some parts of my videos end up being sped up too much for people to see what I'm actually doing - especially with the new videos that I made. Thanks again for leaving a comment - it's really appreciated!!
Thank you for your kind comment! Of course! It might take a bit of time before I get to it (since I’m a slow video editor 😅) but I will definitely do a tutorial on it 🥰
You're welcome (de nada! Is this right?)! Thank you so much for leaving a comment and letting me know. Sorry I can't type in your language! But I am very grateful!
The regular iPad works well too! But I found the responsiveness of the pen wasn’t as sharp/smooth compared to the iPad pro but it’s not super noticeable
hi! This video is really helpful!! I've recently been really into trying to draw my own emotes despite not having a lot of drawing experience. Do you have any tips for improving?
Thank you for your kind comment! I really appreciate it 🥹 yes! You want to practice the shapes of the face/ hands the most and do less rendering on the colour/ shading. Instead of making things blend, you’d focus more on making things stand out! let me know if you have any other questions or need help!
Hello ! I don’t know if you put ur emote on discord but if yes, do you have some tips? When I put emote on discord they are always so small, I don’t know why. Ty for ur video (and sorry for my english)
Hello! Thank you for leaving a comment! No need to be sorry for your english - it's quite good :) For discord, I use 500px by 500px instead of the re-sized smaller versions. Discord's auto-resize is better compared to Twitch. Try using the 500 px size and see if it turns out better and let me know! Otherwise it could be your emote not filling out the canvas enough and some of your emote parts would need to be either thicker or more emphasized.
Great video and very helpful but I can barely hear you without headphones on and I'm using speakers not phone or anything so maybe turn up your volume just a little bit or maybe I'm deaf lol. Anyways keep up the great hard work though.
When you export it at a larger size (500x500) twitch will resize it to a smaller size making your design look pixelated. You’ll need to save it in a smaller sizes that they have so your design doesn’t show up as pixelated in twitch/ discord!

@@junbops how about if we buy the lastest version of iPad?

Okay! I will add it to my list to record!! Thank you for the suggestion!
I love it so much, your explanations are so helpful, thank you. Just one thing, maybe you can increase the volume of your voice just a little bit 😊😉
Thank you! I increased the volume a bit on my most recent video - hopefully my voice is loud enough now!
Hey just an fyi tutorial was amazing just increase your audio on your voice over a bit. Had to put the video on full blast pro hear ya
Thank you for leaving a comment and for the feedback!! I’ll make sure the audio captures my voice better for future vids 🥹🥹

Is it supposed to come out pixelated? I'm doing a 500x500

Thanks for leaving a comment! I do take commissions for emotes - if you're interested you're welcome to send me a message on ig (@junbops)!
