@@mollyfarr6981 Honestly, I haven't be able to. I've tried it all, even a cord cutting, but I've just accepted that he and I have karmic energy that may always be there. Especially if he continues to live in regret, self-pity, and perpetual victimhood. You can't cut a karmic tie, sorta like what Lorraine said for pile 2, it's retriggering every now and again to help you grow. Even though he makes me mad, thinking about him reminds me of everything I don't want, a physical representation of my ancestral trauma, of where I could've ended up, so it does keep me on track. I feel him tugging at me energetically, sometimes softly, other times very aggressively, but I just acknowledge it and then ignore it ("Your energy is not welcome here, goodbye."). I remember how horrid he made me feel and it eventually goes away. What I will say is I think energy from a divine connection can send shock waves and perhaps can even eclipse that karmic energy.
