      Hi James!
I don't know how this particular video was produced, but, many bald eagle nests (and other birds' nests, as well) are being watched through the use of cameras that are recording the sights and sounds, in real 'live' time. Some nest sites can also be viewed, live, while they are being filmed.
The cameras are filming, continuously, and, are mounted near the nest, at a safe distance, so the birds won't be disturbed. The zooming in on things is done, remotely, from a distance. Many camera setups also have night vision capabilities, IR illumination, as well, that is invisible to the eagles but picked up by the equipment.
The continuous live feed can be accessed, with permission from the owners of the camera setup, and then used to capture moments like this, from a day's worth of filming, to produce a video of the portion of the day's recording that they want to upload to their channel.
While creating their video, they can do editing or add text, circle things, etc., for the viewer to see.
If you are interested in more eagle videos, along with other birds, you might want to visit Lady Hawk's channel!
      Hope this helps! 😺

Thank you, James, for your kind words.
I look at TH-cam as a source of information, entertainment, and, fellowship.
To me, it's as important to pass on knowledge and answer someone's question, as it is to be educated myself.
When I am willing to take the time to do that, I am blessed with even more knowledge. Reciprocity, is real and we cannot outgive God!
(Do to others as you want done to you!)
      Here's a link to Lady Hawk's channel.
She has excellent videos on eagles and other birds of prey. The regulars who follow her are very nice, polite, and, funny. Plus, they all love watching these raptors show the gentler side of themselves, as they raise their babies.
At the current time, we are all watching several nests and LH provides highlights, through her videos.
The one that is the most fascinating right now is an eagle's nest in Canada, where a hawklet was brought into the nest, by one of the parents, to feed its chick. But, the hawklet was alive when it was placed there. The eaglet in the nest (originally there were two) did not react or attack the hawklet and the parents, for some unknown reason, chose not to kill and eat it. So, the hawklet begged for food and the parents did just that.
They have adopted the hawklet and have been feeding it for about 10 days. Although, it's getting a lot of fish meals, which are not high on a hawks preferred menu, it seems content and it is thriving.
We are all praying that this continues until the hawklet fledges, gets out of danger, and, doesn't come back. Lol!
The expected fledge date is about another 10 days from today.
The other amazing part of this is that the eaglet also fed the hawklet. A sight that many long time eagle watchers say they have never seen happen. Enjoy!! 😸
