I love the cutting videos being an amateur mostly cutting just firewood. Makes me be able to learn from each video and see how good you are at putting the trees where you want em to go. Buckin, thanks for that one! That cedar with the catchy seam was an eye opener for, even a 75 year old bugger like me. I've seen a number of them and we always elected to winch them over with a long line around both trees up high. You showed me something for sure, but you arn't going to get me to take something like that out next to a building, unless the building is junk and ready to be taken down. Love these videos! Never having used a skip tooth chain . We cut Indiana Hardwoods . What advantages in your opinion , doe's a skip tooth chain give you . The only thing I can think of would be more RPM's. Thanks for your great videos Buckin . Steve

David with longer bars he is able to get some flex on them so chain can be worked back on. It won't work on shorter bars.
