I know a man down here in Arkansas that Bands ducks every year with a local college. A few years ago the guy killed two mallards that he had personally banded. He killed the ducks on two separate hunting trips and he had banded the ducks in different years. I'm pretty sure he went and bought a lottery ticket after that LOL.
