    Absolutely gorgeous bike thanks for the great video! I've fancied a supermoto for ages now and while we all appreciate the ultimate power difference of a sports bike compared to one of these, the fun and grin factor even with today's terrible roads in the UK, a supermoto bike wins hands down!!

    Excellent looking...it badly needs a big brake at the front (as you had already explained) and a shorter supermoto front fender would look much better (try UFO plastics). Bobbins to protect the front n rear axle are other things you can add as well...but great effort so far!

      We will have a 2 piece floating front rotor on it shortly. And probably an SM front fender as well. The Acerbis isn't quite the right color red, so will look at UFO.

      @@user-we5yo2yo1f I would appreciate your insight.
      1) Does the floating rotor make a significant difference, other than slightly better pad wear and less warping?
      From what I've read the overall performance doesn't change much. My fe has great breaking the way it is but I am purchasing warp 9 wheels soon and was curious on your thoughts? Obviously a larger rotor makes things easier but, again, I stop easily enough as it is.
      2) How dark are the magnesium rims in person? I find black rims on most SMs unappealing. Like tiny black doughnuts. Brighter colors make the wheel appear larger and more appealing IMO.
      I wanted the same set up, black hubs w/gold rims. But I think the gold will clash with the neon green on the 501. Leaving me with silver or magnesium.
      Sorry so long winded. I guess I'm worried the magnesium may appear dark like the black rims creating the tiny doughnut effect. Any thoughts? Are they light enough in color to easily differentiate from the black Tires?
      3) Any suggestions on chain rub going with 5" rear rims? Certain tires, shave the rubber, or avoid the 5" entirely on a 2018 fe501?
      Beautiful bike btw. Great viewing. Hope I haven't nagged too much.

    You keep referencing a video where you talk about what is needed to convert and “go watch that first” but all your videos have essentially the same name. Could you link that video or put a card in the video?? Just saying

    Excellent work! You could not have picked a better wheel color. The CRF450L actually makes me want a Honda again and now you’ve made things worse for me haha. Im curious how that 50T sprocket will be. On my SUMO conversions Ive typically dropped to the mid 40s. Do you know what retail will be for that complete Warp 9 kit once the front disc is complete?

    I’ve been wanting to buy a tail light setup from your website but my gosh dude like $150 that’s crazy cut a guy a deal! Good work I’m a fan!

      There will be less expensive ones eventually from DRC and Yoshi. Those will be just a basic brake light/running light. The 12oClockLabs tail light we currently sell, that you are referring too, has built in integrated turn signals, safety brake pulsing, super bright LED's, etc. Its expensive, but IMHO worth it. Very high end piece.

    Would the “Low” seat cover from Seat Concepts be less comfortable than their “Standard “ as (I’m assuming) there is less foam? Thanks for any guidance you can give. I appreciate your calm, low-key, and straight-forward approach. Keep it up!

    • @user-we5yo2yo1f
      @user-we5yo2yo1f  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      No, the Low seams to be just as comfortable as the standard height. I used the low on one of the bikes for a bit and it worked out great. If you want to get the seat height down a bit, then the low is the way to go.

      Yes, but if you have the means, the 450L makes one helluva supermoto. I've been having a blast riding ours now that we've got some good riding weather. The bike really rips.
