Big fan of Montez. The amount of muscle he's packed on in just one year is unreal. Expect to see a lot more of him in the future.

Can anyone explain to me why nothing I watch on Paramount+ is as sharp as amateur high school wrestling videos on TH-cam???????

High School. The camera gets a larger, easier to see what's happening with High School men. With College men, it appears that the camera is in a tree focused @ the wrestlers. The people in the video are much smaller & you can't see as much detail. For these reasons, I enjoy watching H. S. Wrestling more than doing my best to see the details of what's happening in College Wrestling.
The camera guy in HSW really zooms in & shows clear, great shots of the action!
The College video operator really needs to watch the HS videos & try to video College wrestling in a similar manner!

nice movement from both dudes good match here. Kinda wish black singlet had pulled a d'arse choke from that front headlock but I think I might be spending too much time at Jujitsu these days

When are the Tag Teams, and how come the ref doesn't turn his head at the most inopportune moment and misses the hair pull or the trunk pull down. Speaking of refs, none of the ones here look over 87 years of age.

They are coaches and they are coaching as they should. They are teaching and helping the wrestler apply learned moves in a live setting and picking up on key details of the match such as boundary lines, patterns/habits, the clock etc and giving feedback on their opponents as well. It would be a huge loss if their was radio silence
