This is one of the hardest episodes for me to watch on castle. Honestly, I've not been able to bring myself to watch it for a second time, yet or maybe ever. I idolise Kate Beckett and seeing her break down and struggle like this is hard, painful even. But it also shows us how even the strongest fall sometimes and it amplifies what Kate Beckett is and how strong she is for getting over this. This video is amazing. I love the editing and the song and it's just perfection. A tad not hard to watch but so beautiful and well done
