Silverton casino is a pale shadow of it’s former glory. The buffet is gone and the BJ is no longer single deck. At least the mermaids are still swimming.

Vegas has 43 million visitors/year and they all are going to eat somewhere. You've never been to WuHu? You got a lot of choices. I would say more baking soda if that beef isn't as tender. Velveting is for more stir fry dishes that has a sauce that needs thickening or the wet style chow fun. 🥢
