I love them both. I think the whole point of art journaling is to try different things and do what makes you happy. I like variety and I think those two pages are too different to compare. Plus, people's skill levels are different: some are great at drawing and making their own focal points, while others can't draw to save their lives, but enjoy the artful process. Please keep doing the wonderful variety you are already doing. Thank you. 😊
100% the flower page wins in my opinion...but I do love them both! I just love that you made your own- hand made beats AI art ALL the time! I think having a separate journal that is all made by you is an excellent idea!
Thank you for talking about focal points!! I see so many art journal artists these days doing "abstract" pages, which look cool, but seem off to me, without a focal point. Your flower came out gorgeous!! I've been on the fence about getting the pastel set of ganzi paints. You're pushing me over the edge!

This a beautiful! I normally fussy cut my images for my journals. I am an acrylic and mixed media artist, so I do have things I could use in my journals, I just never have. I don't know why. 🤷♀️ 😆 🤣 😂

I really love how this turned out and may be one of my favourite pages of yours ever. I have always loved your own focal points and I think you could even do the series in this new book doing pages with only your own focal points! I would LOVE to see more of that! It reminds me of the members video you did a while back on how you painted your Antiquario flowers 😊. This is such a delicately gorgeous page. Masking tape is such an amazing texture and I use it now and again too! I now have to go and watch the butterfly video as I missed it! Big hugs and love always 💜💐 keep on painting! 🖌
