@Mello Lieb lol no, something like the dish above would be a once in a while thing, but i eat french toast (egg and bread) almost weekly. Otherwise it's usually oatmeal with raisins.
Very nice recipe young lady from a 57 yr. old man from rural Kentucky where pancakes kinda rule, but i like french toast & glad to see you used bread as thick or thicker than texas toast, i like mine with just real butter & real maple syrup as we can do our own here , but i would make/eat this. Also folks, turbanado is a sugar that really is hard to burn & is great for use on smoking ribs, etc... it may be listed/named sugar in the raw, is sold under that name at walmart, hope that helps folks.
