    Lets appreciate the fact that this was an (almost) 6 mins tutorial of seated leg curl machine,
    that's a gift not many can do! 👍

      ....never used a seated leg curl machine, the gym I go to doesn't have one, we have a laying hamstring curl, but I don't find the angles on that any good, so instead I do hamstring curls standing (slightly leaning forward) on the leg extension (quad) machine to hit the lower section of the hams and nordic curls for the higher (proximal) sections below the glutes, seems to do the trick, but I think a seated leg curl would be most effective, I can almost feel it.

    Topic Request: Forearms.
    Recently I've started to prioritize my forearms and want to get them in proportion to my upper arms.
    A video detailing the lenghtened positions of each part of forearm muscles would be welcomed. Thx eitherway if you get a chance or not to do such a vid.

    I lean forward as far as I can without losing too much leverage, to stretch muscle

    thanks for the video! what do you think about leaning forward to stretch the hams while doing leg curls? is it more beneficial for ham hypertrophy or its just a farce?

      necessary for a majority of people. usually just ends up rounding people's lower backs

    Foot position? In or out for other muscle in ham?

      doesn't matter as long as the knee is aligned properly. i'm not a fan of intentionally turning them either way.
