Special Fruit Cake.

A special fruit cake, flavorful, moist, tasty for any occasion throughout the year.
3 cups of flour, 3 eggs, 1 cup of milk, 1 1/2 cups of sugar, 1 tsp. of vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp. almond extract, 2 tsp. baking powder, 3/4 cups margarine and butter divided into equal parts, 1/2 cup of cherries, 1/2 cup of raisins, (dusted in 1/4 cup of flour).
Pre-heat your oven.
Bake at 350 degrees, or Gas mark 3-4 (moderate) for 60 - 70 minutes or when tested with skewer it comes out clean.
