That Brackendale Road really is a great alt route from Walcha to Nowendoc. I've always wanted to ride on from there through to Wingham - even more so after seeing this :) Really enjoyed this - I've been leaning towards including some more, off-the-bike footage from around the beautiful places we visit on our trips - you're doing really well with that.
Hey Captain, yeah that run down Brackendale and Nowendoc Roads was a ripper. One of the most visually stunning runs I've done. On par with Toms Creek Road, Kempsey Road from Georges Junction up. Add it too you list 😎👍 The off bike stuff looks great, but is very time consuming- as you know. End results seem to be worth it. Cheers mate
Wow... wonderful memories for me... thankyou. Wondering how you got from dangar to walcha??? Mihi Rd, Gostwyck Rd to Gostwyck church, Hillview Rd, Blue Mountain Rd ...through to Walcha. Soooo picturesque
Hi Brain, glad you enjoyed it 😎👍. Last trip through there I took Hillview and blue Mountain rds, this one kinda ran out of time and only went past the old Gostwyck church out to Uralla. Will have to do again i think 😁
Phil, you have done it for me!! Just picked up mine today and getting some suspension mods done then a few thing else when I get it back ,but from Nowendoc down Wingham road I could pick Enfield Or Cells? rowleys road I think to get me back to Oxley Highyway and back to my joint. Iam really looking forward to give the 650 a ride when I have decent tyres on it. What size tank are you running and what sort of range are you getting and last hows the rear tyre going for wear. No drone , but you didnt need it as camera still picked up the surrounding country. Well done again man.
Good one the the new DR Scott 😎👍 Yep suspension mods and new tyres will dramatically change the bikes feel and performance. But they still go well stock. I haven't done the roads you mentioned to get back to the Oxley, but you could do Kondingobul road and end up back up the Oxely, or turn right at Padmans' road and go through Elands, then down Toms Creek Road 👍
Doing full watch and full ads for ya.. Hope you get a check one day.. Lol.. I know it needs to be $100 to get something.. Let us know when you get a check or if you have. 😁👍
Hi David. Great views up there, and fun riding around to the lake. Was pretty steep and rutted out up to Jollynose when I went in the clip. Worth the ride though 👍

You've heard of this Open Roads Rally? What's the chances of you doing that kind of thing?
Just Googled them Keven, this next one isn't in my state (1800 kilometers away) but the idea seems interesting 👍
