Mongolian Chicken Recipe :
Slice Chicken Boneless ½ kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Egg 2 pieces
Cornflour 1 cup
Oil for frying
Spring Onion (Cut in 2 inches) 3 pieces
Onion thick slice 1 piece
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp
Oysters sauce ½ cup
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Capsicum thick slice 2 pieces
Sugar 1 tbsp

Ingredients :
Chicken Boneless (Cubes) 500 gm
Chopped Onion (large) 1 piece
Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped Ginger 1 tbsp

Tomato (Grinded) 4 pieces
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Oil 1 cup
Fenugreek 3 tbsp
Yogurt 250 gm
