Looks like less than 1% of this video is actual footage from the drone that doesn't have some sort of crash zoom or whip pan effect on it to hide the low quality. Bravo, editors.
I get what you are saying but us filmmakers are not the target audience for this product. This is a 199 euro costing FPV drone.
Its expected though for 200 gopro is offering a new camera with no specs on the sensor size. this is a drone with a sensor for the same price

Notice how most of the shots in this commercial aren't even from the drone camera itself but another drone following it. They show the "shot on neo" for 1 second
Watch any apple commercial. We are working to sell the lifestyle of flying not just showing what the drone captures. Sometimes it’s about the flying experience then the footage
I just watched like 5 reviews for neo... video quality is so bad... smh.. like dashcam quality

One of the biggest selling points directly on DJI's page is "At 135 g, DJI Neo is DJI's lightest and most compact aerial videographer. capture cinematic footage with YOU in focus. Soar through breathtaking scenery, indoors and out, and be sure to include everybody in a group photo. Enjoy a fresh perspective on everyday life with DJI Neo. DJI is trying to market this to people who want to capture great videos and be able to fly in tight spaces. Unfortunately it's almost unusable for anything more than a cool selfie drone like snapchat had 5 years ago. Then again, can't expect much from a company that will pump out new drones every few months rendering your thousand dollar investment useless in a couple years when the app stops working with it or the controllers/goggles aren't compatible anymore
Ya it was hard to notice how bad the footage is until you see a review video with longer footage. Cool drone though
what do you expect for 200 bucks. That thing is impressive for that price and size.

Impressive. I remember flying the Blade Inductrix FPV years ago. It was great fun as you could fly under furniture etc. Looks like DJI has taken indoor FPV to another level. Well done DJI.

There is a big reason why they only show very short cuts of NEO Shots in this video: The Camera Quality is a Joke - even for Social Media .. sry thats just a waste of resources in this case.

Please take a look at the NEO Shots from the Review-TH-camrs. Check out their 4K footage. It hurts to say this but it looks like it's from 2009.
@@deno8322 Please don't fall for the RESOLUTION marketing: 4K is just an image size. For a high-quality video, the bit rate and sensor size must also match the resolution. That is not the case here. Unfortunately, the recordings from the review TH-camrs look like they are from 2009.
Yeah that's why they didn't really show any film footage just external footage. Im not convinced either. DJI loves to make money by releasing as many products as possible
