The webtoon states that Seojun is her first relationship, and Suho is her first love so... It will never work for Seo and MC to be in a relationship cause she still has insecurities (thinking she isn't good enough for him cause his "too attractive") and they lack communication (constantly overthinks that Seo has no time for her because of him " probably cheating" and not her opening up to him for like 3 years.) ... which I agree is considered sad lol.
