@@Timshel arrogance is definitely best in soul bound arcana, or ideally a damage foundry set I forget the name. The only champ I have in mana is Mari, just someone with maxed atk spd and rage regen. But really the only way I’d use it is on cc champs or someone spanning ults that doesn’t care about damage.
sorry but have to correct this. that is Rage Regen (ATK) which is based off the hero doing attacks and scales with Rage Regen (%). Rage Regen (Auto) is a separate stat and just a fixed amount of rage cost which you can per sec. So mana spring = an extra 3 rage cost automatically generated per sec.

Rage regen auto on champs that have a automatic trigger for ultimate's. so you dont choose when they ult they just do it passively. Example Arrogance

mana spring add the amount of rage gained per auto attack to get the ultimate faster. iits not the greatest set tbh
