what perks do you use?
IIRC, usually Brisk, Speed Demon, Steady Hand, and Adrenaline for Regular.

It's a thing a lot of players (usually pro levels) do for the fun of it, myself included :P

How do you grind those who remain?
Do regulars until level 85 and you get speed demon perk. With that if you’re skilled you can start soloing that’s what I did.

what Toiipoler said. Also try and spend your money wisely on what weapons you get. Skip out on skins entirely until you at least have an M60. Personally I went from Mossberg 500 > SKO Shorty > RPK > M60 although now that there are more guns your evolution might look a bit different. Still a pretty good route to go though.

My personal one: blast-proof zombies. Have military health and take 15% explosion damage and 5% fire damage.
Insane difficulty: 15 waves (start on wave 5), no intermission, no respawning, zombies deal x2 dmg
