I’ve started with a lot of respect for Judge Boyd, but I have seen her let repeat offenders out on adjudicated or regular probation with a lot of programs and reporting. They should be in jail, especially if it’s more than their first revocation hearing. And anyone who hurts a child whether it’s outside or inside of them should be put in jail.
She thinks it’s better to get them rehabbed if they’re able. Rather than punitive punishment. And it’s only a child if they’ve been born. That’s why you a miscarriage isn’t seen as manslaughter or negligent homicide.
