It gets easier 😂 I’m 68 and I didn’t have twins but raised three girls all by myself. No relatives or anyone to help (husband took off). You have good children 👍🏻 Hang in there 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Once my girls were grown I found a wonderful husband. Onward and upward!
loved the bagpipes in the background. Between the bagpipes and the watering, there is a certain peace, where your cares stop for a while and your brain rests. What a gift to have. Your garden is looking awesome.
I love this Bri, even though you are doing it ALL by spinning multiple plates in the air at once and STILL have time to record this, is just WOW! You go Chica! This Bri is genuine, sweet and real. Real single Mom life that resonates with everyone. You are doing an amazing job and are truly inspiration. I am so Team Bri all the way. ❤😊
I'm glad to see Heather helping you out so much. That's great. The kids are good little helpers and the twins are providing such merry goodwill. You are gardening with innovation and skill!!
Oh Bri, the garden is looking so beautiful, I love that all around you is love, with all your friends and beautiful children helping, your house has become a home so very quick.❤❤❤ many blessings for you all. Xox
Your channel should be called “Beautiful Bri”. You are such a lovely woman, you exude grace and peace, even though you are dealing with so much. You seem to have learned lessons that usually take a much longer life to learn. I’m so happy for your big garden! I have only started tomato seeds so far, and a sweet potato for slips. I need to hurry!
Bri I sense an overwhelming sadness within you despite your smiles. I pray that sadness will be replaced with happiness and joy as you watch your beautiful garden grown and flourish. Also did you know that broccoli leaves are edible and can be used as a substitute for spinach and make an incredible broccoli and cheddar soup! 🥰❤️🙏🏻🇨🇦
You have a beautiful garden. You are a good mother to your kids, we all get overwhelmed at times, just give yourself a break and enjoy your time when the kids are asleep. You owe it to yourself to take a break from life and just breathe. Love your videos, you keep it real.
Bri, I am at a loss to what was my favorite part of this video....twin cuteness, cabbage patch kids, beer garden, children playing in water & dirt, ..... But I thought your reflection & show of satisfaction at the day's end, serenaded by bagpipes that praised thanks for a good day was total perfection. If you haven't heard this song before, please listed to The Garden Song by Peter, Paul & Mary. 😊
I don't know where to begin. This entire video is such a blessing to watch Bri. Your perseverance through it all is top on the list. It's so important to teach children real life activities and to make them follow though on the clean-up. I love watching you with your children. Your friends are amazing which speaks tons about you as well. You are an amazing friend too. I sat and watched as tears dripped down my face. I hope you know what an impact you are making in the loves of other people. I have shared your podcast with another young family who is homeschooling and living on a homestead. Hugs and love. Keep focusing on what matters. God is right there beside you!
Bri, you kiddos are getting so tall! I was pleasantly surprised at how tall Justice has gotten. Thank you for starting the channel back up and bringing us along for the ride ❤
I have really been enjoying you sharing your next chapter, Bri. Letting the boys know they were doing an adult job, I think is a real confidence boost. They can see just how capable they really are. You are a wonderful mother, Bri. You are an inspiration and a role model. Your children are delightful and seem to be well adjusted and willing to jump in to help when needed. Hooray for this incredible garden that will nourish you and your family for years to come
I am so happy that you had a GOOD day with Heather and all of the planting got done! I'm so glad the neighbors are interested in what you're doing and not negative about your lovely garden. I think you will inspire even the older folks to plant a little something of their own, by watching your example.
B is for Beautiful Bri! You have persevered through everything. I may be a Grandma, but I remember thinking I just wanted to get one thing done without interruptions😘 You are the greatest mother Bri, any one of us would be overwhelmed with 7 kids. Each & every one of your children are such good helpers👏 (well the babies are just babies). It was nice meeting your wonderful friend, and seeing your garden come to life. Loved the bagpipes❤️
You’re doing a fantastic job with your channel. I love following along. What are you using as supports for the row covers? I see that you guys bend them and simply stick them into the ground.
It definitely looked like the perfect spring day. What a blessing to have a friend like her. Good job boys. 👍 Watermelon beer sounds good. Love the bagpipes, also. 😊
If you must be in the suburbs, that seems a very nice neighborhood. What has been the reaction of your neighbors to your garden? I admire you so much for your perseverance. What a wonderful person you must be to have so many friends and family come to help you. So happy to see those NICU babies are healthy and vital. Through all the challenges, you are a fortunate woman. I don't mean to say you are lucky . . .your determination made it happen.
You never cease to amaze me, Bri. I really don’t know how you do it all! (I’m sure you don’t either!) But you are doing a great job of raising your kids by yourself most of the time. I hope you get more help as time goes on. Good friends who show up for you are your blessing along with your kids. They are the best and Grace is a huge help. Love from Canada ❤️🇨🇦🙏
I liked the shot of rolling the landscape fabric! 😀 So glad that you are getting your garden going pretty fast! Thank you, Heather for helping online and in the garden too!
It's so lovely to see you plant the garden and things falling into place for you! It feels peaceful! I pray that the Lord keeps showering your family with many blessings including the complete restoration of Arthur in every area of his being. Much love to your family ❤
I have those days (a lot) where I feel overwhelmed by being a mom to a toddler. I love her so much just like you love yours, it’s just a lot of work and it’s especially hard doing it on your own and not having a fence. You are doing great Bri! When you share your struggles it’s encouraging to other moms having the same feelings.
As an old lady from the future, I get that you feel overwhelmed, and for good reason. I appreciate the reminder that your experience is not a joke, and hope to not mistakenly make light of the importance of your vulnerability, which you so graciously represent with humility and care. When I see this first shot of the twins, and Joyful behind them, I see the magic you brought to earth. You did that. Your power is beyond compare. It is normal to feel overwhelmed, when everything is on your plate. When you knew you had twins, and no one validated that, it can register as an abandonment/betrayal wound, which is a hard scar to heal - not unlike recovering from an addiction, physiologically. Pat yourself on the back more.
Those bagpipes at the end....were really epic! Such a calming sound. Almost like taps.....peaceful. Great job bri and Heather. Beautiful garden! From Montgomery al ❤️ 💕 😊
Bri I just watched you cleaning video, you are the most amazing momma! I did the same thing for my kids when they were little! Made me feel good to do something for them, it was so much better than the conflict of trying to get them to do and it was wonderful to see the smiles on their faces! Thank you for sharing!
Thanks for the tip with using a torch to make holes in the landscape cloth. I tried it yesterday in my garden and it made planting much easier. It’s definitely better than using scissors. A word of caution, though. If the landscape pins you are using 11:12 are steel, they will rust over time. I’ve experienced this myself. Have the barefoot kids exercise caution in the garden so no one pokes themselves with a rusty pin.
Bri I love the beautiful blouse you are wearing. I always enjoy the time we get to spend with you, no matter what you're doing. The babies are beautiful, Wilder wants to be so much help ! Grace is doing what I did often, cooking dinner for the family. God is so good. May he bless you always.
I really appreciate how much you show the challenges of gardening (or doing anything, really) with little kids. I struggle with it soo much and watching you really helps me feel less alone and less crazy in it. Thank you.
We can understand you very much how you feel to handle all your children alone! One toddler is demanding enough but with twins it must be exhausting! You are brave! God bless you and all your children! 😊
I am so happy for you, Bri! A lot of healing and growing is going to be happening in that garden! I also love that you were singing the Doxology to the babies-I sang along with you!
I loved hearing the bagpipes! That took me back to my childhood. I grew up in the outer suburbs east of Atlanta near Stone Mountain. We had a neighbor nearby who played the bagpipes at the Highland Games and various festivals. I thought it was so magical when the sound of his practicing came through my open windows in the spring and fall. In my opinion, you are blessed!
How refreshing and fulfilling! A beautiful day of hard work but the rewards will be so so worth it all. Glad to meet your friend and how lovely of her and her children to come and assist. That is GOLD! I can't wait to see your garden grow and it will be as lovely as the one at the homestead even tho smaller, it is still beautiful as it is done with loving hands and will feed lots of little sweet mouths of your babies. Loved this video. Blessings
Inspiring! I've started my own seeds and most are popping up, but I'm an empty nester household. The joy of all the children running around and mingling with eachother is such a Blessed noise!
You are a courageous human 😶 when I was a teacher toddlers were my favorite too. And then I had lots of children. And raising toddlers when you have to (GET to) raise multiple other children and have no break changed my mind, hahaha. I will be praying for you in this twin toddler season. Whoooeee. That's a lot.
It was SO nice to see you laughing and cracking jokes with Heather. (Hi, Heather! Now that I know you're reading all these, I feel like I should say hello!) What a happy day! It's miraculous to see you manage all that you do in a day like that, and find joy in it, and include your kids so very well. And your neighbors are kind too!!
Trying to get caught up with all your videos I have missed a lot due to surgery and over a year of recovery… I’m back in the garden again myself and loving it … something I’m doing by myself which is still a challenge but I’m doing it and I have to tell myself I’m worth being happy and this is what makes me happy no matter what my body feels 💚🙏💚
What a sweet video! Those kinds of days are precious 💗. Despite all the challenges and changes, I think yours and the kids’ smiles are the happiest ones ever 😊. Blessings always 💕
You are such a joy to watch! We have twin grandbabies that are the same age so I understand how hard it is! But I am proud of how you handle the hard and do the garden!!! Go Bri!!!
Such a fun video. Time with a friend doing what you love! Kids playing/ working and having fun too! I too am heading out to the garden to do the same thing with my GKIDS!!! You are such a beautiful lady inside and outside!!! 💖😊🌷
Awesome you have a camera person. And a comment Buster. Both are needed at times. We used landscape fabric last year between my rows for the first time. And had great success with it. We removed it in the fall, folded it up and it’s ready for this year’s garden. It was a big timesaver, not having to weed in those areas. No it’s not pretty, but it sure did save on the weeding. The cabbage worms. When I harvest my cabbage, I soak in salt water. Most of the caterpillars set deep in the stock so you just cut that and section off. And then you get the bug or they crawl out on their own because they’re in salt water. Works very well.
@@Brifromscratch well, it was nice that you also reap the benefits. So it was a plus for you. ❤️ it’s great to see all of your people coming together to help you. That courtesy has been lost in much of society today.
I am moving soon and it will probably be too late for a spring garden, but we might manage a summer garden. We have been talking about what to do to keep the deer out and were considering a tall fence; but your netting looks like a much better option. The netting will keep out most bugs and the animals.
I intend to plant this year since I live in an almost rural area. This was the motivation I needed to actually start setting it up thank you. It was my sign.
Hi Heather, I am from agriculture area of California too! My dad moved us back to his family’s home for generations. Oklahoma .. nice to meet you all.. ❤
What a wonderful day yes and wow so much planting getting done. It is so exciting. Love that your neighbors are being friendly and honestly probably most are thinking it is quite the accomplishment and so exciting. hugs
My twin boys will be 36 this month Yes I understand your pain. They were so much fun but rest only came when another adult could take over. Once I had my in-laws come and take them and their older sister just so I could take a shower. If it didn't happen before they woke up, it didn't happen. Believe me I would do it again so try to enjoy the process. You are awesome! Your garden is amazing!
Bri my heart is so happy for you! You are such a kind, humble and amazing person. You deserve this beautiful day and may every day be as blessed as the one you had in this video! ❤
Love that you have had help for every single part of your garden! My mouth was watering thing of all those amazing spring salads you are about to enjoy.
I am very happy for this "normal" to be back in your life. The shade cloth was new to me when I saw it in your farmhouse garden, to me, that has a nice familiarity to me.❤ Have a great night, Laural
Throughly enjoyed! 🥰 The bag pipes at the end were beautifully magical! 💕 I love that you share the real stuff….happens to the best of us and sometimes you just need to laugh and give yourself some grace. I almost spit out my coffee when the twins started digging with scissors and the lighter! 👀🤣 Bless you and ur entire family Bre! 🥰
How dreamy is that last seen bag pipes playing and you watering your new garden that’s already got starts in it god is good ❤ your so blessed ❤ thanks for keeping the TH-cam going missed you guys ❤ and I am so happy that you are ok and found your footing again ❤
I wonder if your neighbor takes song requests. Amazing grace is beautiful on the bagpipe. Your garden is coming along beautifully Bri! Prayers for an abundance for your family. Gardening is my peace as well.
I love the flowers at the end of each bed. Going to try this this year! ❤🌼 🌸 Ohhh and I just got to the end! Our church family loves to sing that also. Made me feel the eternal connection with yall even though I don't know you ❤🎉
Love the sweet sign language for “some more please”. When our grandkids did that it took some “de-coding” from their mom and dad. We melted and immediately complied!😊
I am more inspired by everyone in the family!!!! Mss. BRI down to the twins. Their every move, talk, smiles and faces. The home it itself inspires me, too. Keep up Mss. BRI one of the Twin feeding with his/her, lovely
This is a garden full of love! The love of your heart Bri, Praying that the Lord will flood your garden with amazing harvest. Yes isn't it true little ones always think your food is better no matter if there are your kids or your grandkids. I'm so thankful you have a community that is rallying with you. ❤ Praying for you all always And bunches of love. Landscape fabric has made it possible for me to be able to garden, I agree with you if there was another way it'd be the best but thankful that it is helpful. The Bag pipes Almost made me cry because my What a beautiful music to listen to at the end of the day. So peaceful
I think we just had our last frost two nights ago glad I already planted my peas and spinach and broccoli and cauliflower direct sewn and they all came up!! I am also 6/7A/7 and I’m I. Pennsylvania southern PA that is… can’t wait to harvest
I am totally in awe of your true pioneering spirit. May the Lord continue to uphold you and give you the strength of spirit and body to manage your very busy household. I pray that God will comfort you and heal the trauma of the difficulties you have all been through.Praing that God also restores your husband to full health in his good time. Love from UK xx
Years ago, bought my neighbor some Kale. When they got big, I pulled them for her. But, they would not pull. So cut them off. Fall, they started growing new leaves again. Same thing next year. Still have one kale growing. Four years later. Had even moved the whole plant, roots and all. Territorial Seed Company has a perennial Collard.
Brilliant vidio , Really enjoyed it ,so good u have good friends to help and support u , Ur kids are wonderful, so lovely helpful and caring , Ur a great mom ,a wonderful lady ,hard working , Enjoy all ur hard work

Watering in the evening with the sound of bagpipes on the wind is so lovely and fitting for the end of a great day. ❤
It really is!
loved the bagpipes in the background. Between the bagpipes and the watering, there is a certain peace, where your cares stop for a while and your brain rests. What a gift to have. Your garden is looking awesome.
My grandfather was a bagpiper...I miss it so much! That was so sweet to hear.
What could be better than watering a newly planted garden on an evening in spring while the pipes sing a growing tune? Just lovely!
This is the garden that love built. It is such an inspiration to see how far it has come along in just a couple short months. ❤
That's exactly what I thought the day that everyone came to work!!
I love this Bri, even though you are doing it ALL by spinning multiple plates in the air at once and STILL have time to record this, is just WOW! You go Chica! This Bri is genuine, sweet and real. What a dear friend you have! Y'all got so much done, you are so blessed to have a yard and garden, and it's all lookin' good.
Bri I sense an overwhelming sadness within you despite your smiles. I pray that sadness will be replaced with happiness and joy as you watch your beautiful garden grown and flourish. ❤❤ it warms my heart to see you are finally feeling " nested/settled" in your neighborhood.
Love your gardening hat.
I second this!
You need a big play pen. So you can put it on the grass outside. Put a load of toys in it. Then they can play while you work. 😂❤
I have one . They hate the play pen.
Maybe a playground would help.
@@Brifromscratch haha of course!

Such a hard working and nice friend you had to help plant your vegetables, both physical and moral support. Great progress!

So beautiful! You got this Girl! You are an inspiration to all. I feel we are honored that you are sharing your life with us. Hugs Sweet Bri ❤
Also, Hi Heather! You're doing a great job! Thank you so much!
Hi! Thank you, and you're welcome! ❤
I would absolutely love to have a neighbor that plays bag pipes occasionally! Lol! Love that sound!
You are soo fun, when you are in the garden....its going to a beautiful garden very soon.
I can’t think of a more epic way to end this video than to the soundtrack of the bagpipes, holy cow I love it!!!
The shade cloth was new to me when I saw it in your farmhouse garden, to me, that has a nice familiarity to me.❤
Have a great night,
Laural
What a beautiful day and to end with the bagpipes is also such a pleasure!
Throughly enjoyed! 🥰 The bag pipes at the end were beautifully magical! 💕
I love that you share the real stuff….happens to the best of us and sometimes you just need to laugh and give yourself some grace. I almost spit out my coffee when the twins started digging with scissors and the lighter! 👀🤣
Bless you and ur entire family Bre!
Ohhh and I just got to the end! Our church family loves to sing that also. Made me feel the eternal connection with yall even though I don't know you ❤🎉
Your garden looks amazing already! Great job❤
Love the sweet sign language for “some more please”. When our grandkids did that it took some “de-coding” from their mom and dad. We melted and immediately complied!😊
Signing babies are the best!
I am more inspired by everyone in the family!!!! Mss. BRI down to the twins. Their every move, talk, smiles and faces. The home it itself inspires me, too. Keep up Mss. BRI one of the Twin feeding with his/her, lovely
Bagpipes! So cool! Garden is looking great🤩🤩🤩
This is a garden full of love!
So peaceful
I really loved the video!
You’re an awesome mom and your videos are so inspiring.
Thank you so much!
The bagpipes playing at the end was a perfect ending. Love them. Something about the sound of them speaks to my soul. Must be my ancestral genes 😊
