Originally the calendar used to have full sizes more than travel sizes and was actually really good value as it kept you going most of the year without having to buy any more skincare but now it’s like a travel demo kit 😂

I was really looking forward to the Elemis calendar but I'm actually a bit disappointed, only 1 full size and the cloth and headband as separate day's. If it was £149 I'd jump on it but I just don't think it's worth it 😞
Claire, last years design and products were wonderful not that this years is bad, far from it. I love Elemis since last years calendar - a big splurge for me in the US - totally worth it. It's completely understandable not to open everything in all these advent calendars because once their opened there is a time limit for the product. Your always a joy to watch even if you don't open, sniff, swatch everything. You and Miss Boux (Karen UK) do more than others. I love the Pro-Collagen and Resurfacing line and the only products from the Superfood are their masks, exfoliants and the Midnight Facial (which is amazing)! Wonderful video. Love ya 💙💜💙
The frangipani monoi oil needs to be warmed up. I put it in the corner of the shower to warm it or on a radiator before using. It’s then super runny. This often happens with coconut based oils

You have to put the frangipani monoi oil in a bowl of hot water ( or sink / bath) to warm the product up. It then melts into the most glorious body oil! 😍
Elemis is that one high end brand that has nearly all good products. So far I am only getting it from beauty boxes and advent calendars, but I had one product I didn't like (highlighting base), all the rest is truly amazing and hard to find replacements. But calendar is too expensive for what it offers ❤❤
Based on what Elemis claims the value of this calendar is, every day (including the cloth and the headband) would have to be worth £21.50. That's honestly laughable. I counted and I received 11 of these items in this size or larger as free gifts with other purchases this year, some of them more than once. This is free samples in a nice box at a ripoff price.
I've ever bought the box before or any other advent calender. But I have just bought this one, but based on the comments I'm now regretting it as I'm sure they probley won't accept a returns once it's delivered to me either 🙈 xx
I think it's sad when the expensive luxury calendars starts putting filler items in. At that price it is disappointing. I like that there isn't as much superfood in the calendar. The procollagen is definitely my favourite. Don't the make a green version of the procollagen series? The original, the pink (rose) and a green one?
Warm up the oil…. The full size stays liquid but often the little ones (sample/travel sizes) get solid …. Put lid back on and put it in some warm water until it comes out. i have had a few little ones like this ….

Elemis is my usual 'go to ' brand. I have tried nearly all their products face/body. I wouldn't purchase their calendar as I only like particular products. I love the Superfood products, marine oil, eye creams and some of the face cleansers. I don't really like the pro-collagen range. Think its good that you get to choose 2 free samples when purchasing from the Elemis website. I do think they have fallen short with the advent calendar especially if you are a regular customer of the brand.
I'm going to save my money for the TSV. I'd would be careful about putting the monoi oil on my face or hair. It is a beautiful fragrance, but it's strong and it lasts. I've never put in on my face, but I used it on my hair and felt sick by the end of the day. It was ages before I could use it again.
I'm not using it right now but I used to just put it in the bath with me and it would warm with the water then rinse in the shower with me before using. It was always liquid when I went to use it that way.

Although maybe I'm a bit biased as I'm so annoyed at Elemis for selling in stores in China which means they are no longer cruelty free. I love their cleansing balm but refuse to buy it any more.
I just don’t enjoy Elemis calendars anymore, they’re so boring 😢 A cloth as a stand alone product, what are they thinking? And will they EVER give us something new and fresh in day 25? The pc cream is fantastic but I’m over seeing it in day 25 😂😂

Yep you have to heat up the frangipani oil in warm water, In winter I keep mine on top of the radiator 😂
