- Welcome to another episode in the FIFA 17 Career Mode Rebuilding challenge series! The whole objective of this rebuilding challenge is to see how many seasons it takes through simulation and transfer business to qualify for a Champions League final, it'll then be up to us to put our skills to the test and see if we can complete the job! Grimsby town career mode. It would be the hardest possible English rebuild possible. They just came up from non league through the playoffs and I think have the lowest finances in England. Along with that they were a former great up in division 1 before getting knocked back down to earth. It would be amazing!

It's just such a great story. Conor Chaplin joined the club at the age of 6. He experienced all the relagations down to league two, but then everything went better, they got back to the premier league and won the champions league with Chaplin scoring the winning goal as the captain of Portsmouth!
I remember watching this when it first came out. I was on holiday in Mallorca, and I remember eating the most delicious doughnuts ever! This video gives me memories.

JarradHD, when you sim, do you sim with the calendar or do you sim week by week and rotate the squads manually?
Depends on what the circumstances are, if i know i have big name players about to come back from injury etc i manually rotate and sim, but if everything is strong i go through the calendar!
Was just curious, because i see a lot of the times that players are unhappy or very unhappy, probably because they aren't getting enough playing time

Kieron Freeman was at Pompey in 15/16! I've been a season ticket holder since the age of six. Also been through the horrible times where we nearly went out of existence and had a 13 man squad. It was horrible but gained automatic promotion to EFL 1 and won the league in the most dramatic way possible. It's been amazing recently and just got Kenny Jackett as manager and signed Brett Pitman, remember him at Bournemouth?
