There is tons that Taliban believe that is cultural and not Islamic. Cultural bias has a huge influence on people's interpretation of the Quran. Confirmation bias affects all of us.

people are outraged by this, but let`s be honest here - 100 years ago in europe it wasn`t that common for a girl to get anything else than elementary school. Hell, in 1940s it still was fine for a grown man to marry 12 years old.
I`m not protecting talibans by any means, but their religion isn`t everything in this case, it`s just their cultural biases, they need to outgrow it, evolve their society on their own. We already tried to influence them forcefully, and look how it ended...

(What? "Stop from offering prayer". But prayer is obligatory in Islam.) The bracket is 100% true but that prayer had to be banned.
Education is obligatory in Islam but going to universities and sitting next to boys shouldh've be banned. Taliban are working on a seprate education system for girls, where they can study with peace and safety. Girls have a very high place in Islam and they should not be mixed with boys, who has more responsibilites compared to girls.

Don't bother telling me about 'colonialism'. The answer is in the degeneracy of the religion in its relation to totalitarian states weaponizing the beauty of the religion of Islam in its own interests. I think all should be priority. I think best solution for women is get higher education earlier than men, so they can build their career before 30

Not everyone wants or can have children and education is the priority. Also unless you're becoming a doctor or something you'll be finished with education by 22 or 23

With all due respect, women don't care what you think or whether you're fine with them getting a higher education. People will get married when they're ready and when Allah has written it for them. That may be at 20 or 25 or 35.

Sorry to hear a very poor explanation by Dr Ally of the topic that was to be discussed.
In the final part his bias against the declaration by Prophet Muhammad (PBUH and his family) of Hazar Ali as "Aaron to Moses".
As good Muslims (Sunni, Shia) we learn from every one Buddhist, Christian, Jew, Hindu
    or non believers.
Let's take Indonesia as an example. Is there this "sin" as talked about in the video because male and female live as they do?
Let the Qur'an Speak! The presenters may lack the required knowledge and unfortunately on Islam it seems!
