  • In my first video, I show you how to build a simple API + backend in Cursor. I see a lot of shiny frontend To Do Apps built with Cursor, but you can do so much more.
In this video I'll walk you through the process of setting up an API for a blog where you can add users and articles. This is only a demo of what's possible.
But if you're willing to learn how to think like a developer, you can build anything you want.
    1) The tech stack:
    NextJS14
    Cursor for code generation
    Supabase for backend
    2) Insight: AI-assisted development is about not giving up
if you have the ability to solve a problem one step at a time, you can prompt your way to a working app
    3) The process:
    setup the project with NextJS
use Perplexity to create a prompt for Cursor Composer
    setting up Supabase + Prisma
    bug fixing by using Cursor
    4) I built the simple backend for a Blog:
use Postman to check if it's working
add / delete users + articles
    5) Future of Programming
    everyone can be a programmer
    no technical knowledge necessary
you will be the "Guide" to make AI will produce the correct solution
