@@gio1135 That is almost impossible, imagine having to rewrite the code of 260 something mods all individual scripts so say a paragraph of code every mod, so that is like 39,000 strings of code or words of code just to have it not even work. If someone did do this it would take like 100 people and like 3 years or more if it is even possible.
@@gio1135 Just looked it up and it isn't even possible. So yeah you would have to recreate every single mod from scratch, also making mod packs is just combining mods that are already created and then having those go into one folder

If your machine can’t handle it then don’t just call it trash and be done with it, with so many mods that’s probably the way it is. The only way is for you to get a better machine :) 🫂💛
This look beautiful! I’ve been put off with most mods trying to replicate RPG style games, but this is the first time I’ve seen a mod pack that does RPG and actually been amazed by what’s been done!!

This is why Mojang should feature and praise modders. Look at this! Better trailer in two minutes than most video games made by mainstream in four hours. Beautiful pack! Gonna have to delete two to make room for this but it looks worth it!

@@oneleafawayfromautumn7326 While its incredibly small by comparison to anything, the current modpack scene is dominated by just a few groups/mods. Technic, Curseforge, and FTB are your only real sites to get modpacks. Kinetic, Bighat, FTB, Technic Official, and a handful of modpack creators are the only ones making quality modpacks.
There is money in it, through player purchases and donations to these officially hosted servers (since now most modpacks host their own server as well). Even singleplayer packs make money through patreon donations to these individual creators, or the deal they have with Minecraft server hosts that advertise themselves in the modpacks description.
But yeah the word industry is a bit to big for the small scene it is.

This was my first modpack, and I am thoroughly impressed. I found some speed enhancing boots and helmet and they've saved me on numerous occasions.
Can you still mine, craft and build in this game? Or is it in adventure mode...

I think it would be pretty cool to have classes or races in this modpack, something that adds more "variety" to players, it would be awesome if each player could make a build of their choice, so the players aren't just the same, using the same weapons or armors.
Did you watch the trailer? He showcased multiple diffrent weapons and armour sets.
@@DavidM-jk1tz Did you read OPs comment? They specifically asked if there will be individual classes, (maybe like how souls does it with independent stats?) so players can create unique builds.
Weapons and Armor only go so far and don't provide a permanent boost to the character, meaning without stats every player may as well be the same because according to progression they are.

This is so sick. You should make some kind of tutorial on how to create/code models like ones in this modpack, I'm genuinely so curious on how you did some of this.
Man, they make a modPACK, not the MODs. Make 200 mods work together flawlessly is a good and hard work, but remember what behind that here at least 200 mod authors, lol.
So about mods, you can create custom models with CPM mod. Some bosses like Ice Golem and Knights is from amazing Mowzie's Mobs mod. Better fight mod also in charge. Custom armour models is just a resourcepack, but you need some knowlege with blockbench. etc etc with every mechanic in this trailer.
So if you want to do your own modpack, you'll need some experience and knowlege with the mod setups, tweaking a config files, reading bug trackers at mod's page and a ton of time to test all of it. It's the thing what this team just do

I thought so too, but at the end he said he ‘just made two new weapons with fully animated weapon art’. It sounds like he’s more involved than being a mod compiler.
@@ClaireBear_yt Yeah, I'm wondering if this is something that can be done with Crafttweaker. That's my only guess since I'm not too involved with editing mod code, but I'd be curious to see how he did this.

I don't play minecraft but would play the heck outta this. It looks so inspired , I also like the animations they are surprisingly crisp

@Vexony As far as I know, ice and fire has a datapack that makes it compatible with Epic fight; since I have seen that in other modpacks like Mineshafts and Monsters before as I remember

@@mdbgamer556I mean, this skeleton is obviously added to the photo, and if there is something that looks the same in the pack, why not make a screenshot, perhaps because there is no such thing
@@haron_5841 No??? Definitely doesn't look pasted over the original image. If there is any photoshopping, they may have recolored the front of the skeleton, but it's definitely already in the image. Just look at the side of the back of the ribcage. Also, consider waiting patiently for the actual pack to come out and play it for yourself before making accusations? Trying to sus out "photoshops" just makes you look like an ass.

At this point you might as well put Hytale in Minecraft as that might be the best option so you can play both at the same time.

i have some ideas if yall didnt put them already in this mod pack :
1.Adding more plants and fishes and more stuff that can be used to make new potions with new effects and other items like custom ammo such as arrows ex..
2.weapons that can be made with a combination with other different weapons
3.different villagers with different items to sell like explosions and plants and medical stuff but not making the game progress too easy .items will just help to gather and find and not to give straight
4.try to make bosses and fights miscellaneous and not all medieval-souls related . like some robots and giant worms.witches and some player-like bosses (having normal player body) with a different back stories

This Modpack is superb; yes, BUT here we talk about single player. The SP runs with only max. 4 Gigs of Ram, and it does not bottleneck either. So far, so good. Let's talk about the serverpack. The devs just copied and pasted the entire modpack and tried to get it to work somehow on the server, there are 15+ client-sided mods which usually don't get loaded by the server. There are around 10 continuously running errors- 3 critical errors which can lead to server crash when the server performance is too low, 1-2 errors which can lead to corrupted chunk files. The serverpack also includes 2-3 corrupted mods which have to get fixed by the representative mod owners. There are more errors to solve, but they are minimal. The Chunk *loading* (I am not talking about the Chunk generation) is very slow. I tried it on my server as well as on my pc. I have an i7 12700kf and the server is optimized to load 6 chunks. You run faster than the chunk can load, it starts to load even more chunks at the same time and gets into a bottleneck. The Pack needs around 6-7 Gigs, after my optimization I achieved it to 3-4 Gigs. You can't really optimize the pack further due to its requirement for the datapack. That is all the technical details, let's talk about the discord and dev of the dawncraft modpack. Long story, but short there are: "Chat Mods", "Mod dev" and "Devs" itself. None of these will either help nor react when u ping them for critical issues. Credits to "Rafa_" to at least read my message about his mod, due to some coding issues he made to solve its mod loading. At the end, you have to hope that someone will help you out beside the staff team. I will delete this comment, when the conditions get better, but as for now it is horrible and unacceptable a TH-camr made a modpack.
After 9 days of troubleshooting the modpack, I managed the get a samewhat stable version of the modpack, but still kinda run in some chunk generation issues, cause they are corrupted by outdated or broken mods. Fun fact, these mods are required by the datapack..

But everything is just at terrible shape
After delivering all collecting errors and potential erros, they still ignore it... the best modpack concept, but in the wrong hands.. there is no wonder why it is such terrible shape... it is what it is! Dont get me wrong the Singleplayer version is decent tho.

They literally took and used several datapacks that require credits given or explicit permission to use... Not sure if that's considered selfless if they're just taking stuff that smaller devs have made and effectively stealing it for their own project...

Looks great! It reminds me of that old RPG modpack from the 2010s I used to play. I forgot what it's called but the map was insanely huge and incredibly detailed.
Seeing how modpacks have progressed since then.. is just insane. Y'all are mad talented and I genuinely can't wait to play this!!

Modpack seems dope. I want to play it with some friends but some core mods seems to not work properly (like the reputation thing, that allows to unlock literally EVERYTHING to play 😅 So is it possible to play it on forge server ?
