As for Korea base I think maybe you should follow some big broadcasters and follow up on the news to be alerted for any events and if you follow any idol group you like they should announce on their page any upcoming events. I hope this was helpful, I mainly learned these things through my friends then went into further research on them. I hope you have a good time in Korea and that I was of use.
