An electric work truck really only make sense if you plan on keeping it in your fleet for a very long time which you can do with the less maintenance needed. The up front cost is a hard pill to swallow though

I can't figure out what the target demographic for this would be. 80K for a work truck!? If you can afford that then you can afford to spend 4 or 5K a year on gas and not have to deal with the inconvenience of figuring out where and how to charge this thing. I mean it seems like a nice truck but that price is ridiculous. Imagine paying 80 grand for something and Chevy didn't have the decency to even give you a full sized dash display. Love that they have that big ass screen poking up from the dash but had to super impose the poor people trim on it by blacking out an inch and a half on either side. 80K will get you a really nice truck. IDK why you'd go for this unless you were that concerned about carbon emissions.
This in the RST form, is the only EV, I would consider buying at this point. The charging times, availability of level 3 chargers l, and it's range (although class leading to this point) is still not where it needs to be for me to get one.

That truck looks horrible. I just don’t understand why they haven’t make the ev vehicles look like space ships. Plus they aren’t practical for anyone actually using them for truck purposes. Try towing a trailer or boat long distance and completely destroy your fuel economy. So you have to constantly stop and wait long proofs of time to re charge

Just a deal breaker for that price…even $60k would not be in the runn8ng. Going to stick with my ram .

Massively overpriced and no track record for real life range and reliability, didn’t anyone learn from Ford and the Lightning. EV truck has a very low centerof gravity. Those gas truck flip over so easily so that's a major point of safety.
