BAJJI is a favourite snack item for everyone. Shantha Paati teaches her grandson R.P. Shravan to make delicious home made Bajjis.
Ingredients - Serves 4 people
Besan flour (கடலை மாவு) - 1 cup
Rice flour (அரிசி மாவு) - 1/2 cup
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Hing powder - 1 tsp
Ghee - 1tbsp

My Paati used to do Puja in the mornings and then make breakfast for us. She merged with the Divine 10 years ago. She made the best bajjis in the world. Somehow I remembered her while watching this .
