Sir, how was the Election Commission established on 25 January 1950 while the Constitution came into effect on 26 January 1950? And how is any such body established while the first Chief election commissioner (Sukumar Sen) was appointed in April 1950
an organisation may be established before the constitution come into effect, but that organisation got its real powers after the constitution came into effect, before this it was a powerless body, and there were many organisations and laws which were given constitutional validity that predates it.
