Hey! You can just add a background sound as every other sound. Just import a M4A Mono sound file. Create a "Audio Controller" in the assets and a "Speaker" object in the scene. Then make sure you select the Audio at the Audio controller and the Audio Controller at the speaker. Then you just have to activate "Play" at the audio controller, and it should work! :) But I will do a tutorial about it!

As I realize eventhough I have hide the element from visibility after the timer turns to 0 but it didnt stop the element from dropping. I have tried to add patch editor to the element 3D position to stop at the top out of the frame but it doesn't work.

Maybe you accidentally added a 2D Text with a location.
This feature is not supported by Instagram.
Just delete this and it should work. :)
