Sorry, certifications are academic in nature and i am not that great in teaching to clear exams. All my teaching will be from an application point of view. For certification orientation you may have to check other videos

Did not get you question properly. But component policies are defined and selected at template level. Not at dialogue level. If you have 10 variations defined in clientlibs you may enable only 2 classes from policies at template level
Hi, currently there are no legal options by which you can get a license for free. You need to pay USD 2500. Hence i would suggest, have a theoritical idea how aem works and give interview. You should get the job if you have already work experience either in frontend like html, css, js or in Java and Java related frameworks.
