As per your questions.. Aap booking.com se koi bhi hotel book kar ligiye jisme pay at property option ho.. airport se nikalne k baad cancel kar digiye. Agar paid booking maangte hain to jo fully refundable ho wo hotel paid kar k book kar ligiye fir baad me booking cancel kar ligiye.. 1) If someone from Qatar buys a ticket for me and i go to Qatar using my Visa can i watch the game?
2) If i get the Hay'ya card than is it necessary to get a Visa also? Can i enter Qatar by just showing my Passport and Hay'ya card?

Thanks for your feedback... As per your concern The ticket should be on your name no matter who perchased it for you. Your visa status doesn't matter (Only it should be valid visa as per country's visa policy).

He is searching for the flight on the wrong date i.e October 2021. However, the world cup is in Nov-Dec 2022, Now the flight tickets have gone x5 times. So I feel if you are from India and you want to watch the world cup then your trip will cost you between 9 lakh - 10 lakh INR. My hopes are gone now it is out of my budget.
