B Da T is a great citizen of the UK & the broader world & he's doing a great job, taking us all on his global trips. Many of us are learning much through him, so @ least he's trying & trying very hard. He's learning as much as we are.
For eg: If YOU were to visit a country you had NEVER visited prior & it was a country that to you & for you, was totally & utterly OVERWHELMING, then i fully imagine, you may well forget certain things too!
Why?
Because you may well be fully engaged in your strange & new found surroundings & you'd be focused on many things around you & perhaps even overwhelmed & confused with all the goings on around you.
It happens to most of us when we travel to new & interesting places.
as an afghan and on behalf of afghans I am really sorry that we couldn't give you the hospitality, as we should have given, once again I really apologize for that, but I am not going to blame my countrymen and my people because, in the past 4 decades, people were kept away from education and most of them they haven't seen foreigners and foreign country, that's why it seems weird for them when they see a foreigner. and thanks for coming to Afghanistan. thanks

Afghans are the most hospitable people I have ever met! Most of my friends are Afghan and they all highlight one problem that plagues the Afghan culture which is sweeped under the carpet - that problem is known as ‘Bacha Baazi’.
When are Afghans and foreigners going to tackle this problem that exploits young boys and destroys mental health for generations to come. All kids deserve to be protected, not sexualised and exploited. Raise and tackle this issue now.
The Taliban kill and arrest anyone who participates in Bacha bazi these days. When the US/NATO was in Afghanistan, Bacha Bazi was rampant because the US/NATO soldiers would allow it to continue. There's documentary where a US general says that they are ordered to let them do Bacha Bazi because it's part of their culture.... Fun Fact: The first thing Mullah Omar did when he created the Taliban was kill two local commanders who were fighting over a boy for Bacha Bazi, that's literally how the Taliban formed from that day and incident.
