We are bigger faster and stronger, and our coaching staff has leveled up. Our fan base needs to also. The crowd needs to make an impact on the game. No sitting in seats but packed together as close to the field as possible making as much noise to have an impact on the game. Ndsu had home field swagger from the start when we lost in frisco. Having the band there will help but people need to show up and shout out.

We could easily see a 60 / 40 split of the fan support in Frisco, with the Bobcats being 60% (or more) of the entire fan base. NDSU has really struggled for fan support over the past couple of years, and can only sell out a playoff game when South Dakota State comes in and buys out almost 1/3 of the Fargodome.

This was a great take!! Thanks guys, great job!!
I do have a couple questions though. Do you really think Daily has what it takes to take over from Vigen? Also, Vigen's son is a quarterback who just graduated from Glacier High, Bozeman; do you think Vigen would stay and insert his son as quarterback? Note: i think his son took Glacier to the semi's in the state championship.

If MSU wants to have a dynasty, their backup QBs need to be as good as their starting QBs as far as "potential" is concerned. And their OL needs to reload to get future NFL caliber guys every year. Thats the only way to sustain the success like NDSU. Defense also has to be a main focus. NDSU has their whole "Code Green Defense" mantra...MSU would need some type of emphasis like that so they can have more pride in their defensive stats year in and year out.
At this point, i don't see MSU out-recruiting NDSU long term, especially if Vigen leaves. But seems like this is MSU's best opportunity to win a title since the last time they won one.
Its also not the first time MSU hired a former NDSU coach in hopes of replicating sustained success. In 1984 MSU won an FCS natty. But failed to repeat. In 1985 and 1986 NDSU's Earl Solomonson won back to back D2 nattys at NDSU. In 1987 MSU hired Earl to be the MSU HC but his success at NDSU didn't pan out in his transition to MSU. While NDSU went on to win another natty in 1988 and 1990 at the D2 level

I also heard from Fresno State reporters that Vigen was in talks with Fresno State to become their next HC but he wasn't 100% all-in on that job so they went with Matt Entz instead. That was a million dollar job he turned down. So im assuming Vigen would go to a place that hands out more money or is in a better position to sustain high level recruiting

Brent Vigen doesn't need the money, he is more than financially secure for himself and his family for life. The right job, the right culture and the right fit for his family are more important than the deposit in his bank account.

🤔 Winning A National Championship is Something No One Can Ever Take Away From You! 😃 It Would Be "Unwise" For Vigen To Give That Opportunity Up - Especially For a Program on The Decline, Because of The Schools Administration - Just For Money! 🤷‍♂️ Waiting Will Allow Vigen Better Opportunities, So He Should Bet On Himself! 🤑

Not really...He already has a few championships dating back to his time at NDSU...And the opportunity at WSU would be infinitely better than his current situation. Montana State wasn't exactly a powerhouse when Vigen took over there too. It will be the same situation with WAYYYYYYYY for money at WSU. It's also an opportunity for Vigen to get some of his assistant coaches paid.

@paidtourist6563 Everyone is Leaving WSU For a Reason! He Would Be Much Better Betting on Himself and Beating Oregon and SDSU Next Fall! His Stock is Only Going to Rise! He Should Wait To Take a Good Power 4 Head Coaching Job That is The Right Fit! Right Now, The Bobcats Would Beat WSU! Hell, New Mexico Recently Did (A Team That The Bobcats Beat This Year!)!🤣

WSU needs a coach way before Jan 7th, as WSU has so many players in the portal, so a coach is needed fast before the program completely collapses, IMHO.

My guess is that NDSU’s coach might end up there… but regardless, it’s not a very attractive job

After Cam Miller's disgraceful "hate" filled interview on live national television (ESPN) after NDSU's semi-final win, I (like countless thousands of others) completely lost any respect for Cam Miller and the entire Bison football program. I do not live in Montana, but it is clear Montana State is by far the higher class, more respectful and more deserving team to win the National Championship. Looking forward to the Bobcats having a focused approach and take care of business in Frisco.

SDSU players have been noticable asses last year and this year. This could be seen just by watching games. The cheap shot by Bock this last game and his big mouth put a stamp on it. (Cam and Adam both played for Solon, IA.) If you need to create a bogeyman, go ahead, but I think it's a weak move. Go Bison.

@@King_of_the_Monsters-605 Show me the live video feeds of any of the SDSU players on ESPN acting like Cam Miller did. Brent Vigen and Jimmy Rogers have both benched players for saying less than Miller did and that is an undeniable fact. Bock got penalized for his conduct, and after the explosion of backlash against Miller's interview, you can be damn certain more than a few words were said to him after the team meetings to watch the film. Go watch the interview Tommy Mellott gave to ESPN on the same day after the Bobcats semi final game, you cannot get more polar opposite. You can be a Karen and call it a weak move all you want, that doesn't change anything about what Miller did.

@@smithn.wesson495you obviously didn’t watch NDSU’s semifinal press conference. Cam said he had assumed a certain level of respect between the teams, but then hinted that something had happened that didn’t meet that level of respect, thus provoking his comment. We really don’t know the full story… but do we even need to? Say to my face that you don’t hate the Griz… go on! 🤣 You can respect a program for their success and also hate them fervently because they’re an arch rival. Check out Tim Polasek’s postgame interview on the field. His words embody that.
