I own 2 properties in Edmonton and they are super nice and got them for cheap. But there price doesn’t go up a lot, maybe it’s due to it being so far away from huge population places, and it snows and remains kinda cold there a lot. And now you get old houses or small new houses for 600k plus so that’s kinda annoying
