      @reginaldmba2323 6 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา +3

      @ Haha, nice guess! Like in many languages, a single spelling can carry multiple meanings. In this case, “isi” means “head” or “primary,” not “six.” So, Ndubuisi translates to “Life is primary.”

      @@reginaldmba2323 - Aaaah, thank you so much for the linguistic explanation. I'm reminded that single spellings have different meaning based on sound pitch. This is the same in Yoruba. Also, Nigeria didn't exist during the trans Atlantic slave trade! Nigeria is a colony founded by Europeans turned country. Stop claiming a state your African ancestors never came from and stop disrespecting your lineage by not acknowledging you come from a distinct ethnic group created here in the USA as a result of the amalgamation of different racial ethnic groups and the organic we created here in America.

      @@jacklyneverage3881the trans Atlantic slave trade is not an identity and it is not the most important thing on the earth it is just a period in history so for you to base your entire identity and beginning of existence on servitude to wytes is insane and shows an extreme level of low self esteem.
      America was originally just a british colonial experiment just like Australia, new Zealand and other places but they are independent now just like Nigeria so why single out nigeria when you are also living in a country that was also a british colony?
      The owners of America do not look like you because they are not you while the owners and leaders of Nigeria are Nigerians.
      If this brother has nigerian dna then he can claim what he is genetically, when a wyt American who has a mix of different European countries in him wants to rep his Irish flag no one makes a big deal about it because he has Irish genes and is a free man.
      Just because you have issues claiming your african heritage does not give you the right to be trawling the comments looking for someone who has done the research into themselves and is comfortable with who they are to then force your insecurities on them.
      Many nigerians are mixed with other African countries including myself but i still claim nigeria as that is what the majority of my dna is.
      If the original poster wants to claim nigeria and move to nigeria then it makes sense for someone who has nigerian dna to want to live in nigeria instead of somewhere that is owned and controlled by a group that does not look like him like you want to do.

    Big bro. I was actually born in Nigeria 🇳🇬 but grew up in England. When I speak Yoruba my own people laugh at me. I use to be so embarrassed but now I’m grown, I don’t give a s*it… I talk broken English to my British friends. If they like or don’t like😂. I nor send. That’s the Nigerian spirit in me. My British friends appreciate the way I can use my British accent and broken English so well that I’ve got them speaking like me😂 some times they are seriously serious when doing the accent and hate it when i laugh at them. Cause I know what it feels like to be laughed at by my own people, I try to teach them how to say the words with passion. I might speak Yoruba but I’m half Ibgo and Urhobo Delta state. I grew up in Lagos as a child so Yoruba was my first language. But I know my village 😂😂😂

    This message can be used for us the African American's. Pretty much every person born and raised in African have mad issue with us. The African's living in England consistently talking smack about us. This level of talking about us has to stop. Our ancestral history isn't our fault. Colonizer's, the one's they love are the reason why our roots are here in the U.S. We must 100% unite as one. We are stronger in numbers. Blessings to All Family!

    • @jacklyneverage3881
      @jacklyneverage3881 7 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา

      No it cannot be used for us. We aren't just African. We aren't immigrants. We are admixed with different racial ethnic groups that came in early colonial America and some of our people were already here before the European. That admixture and intermingling resulted in an ethnogenesis creating new people with a new culture! We aren't displaced Africans. We are descendants of early Americans who built this nation from scratch. Our ethnogenesis and ethnic group started in America, not Africa. Our culture originated here not Africa. Yes, they talk about us because people like you give them the ammunition to do it when you don't claim your birthright as an American whose ancestors founded and built this country from scratch.

    That was the most light-hearted rant I've ever heard!! I'll tell you this for free man, a lot of them showing you hate are the bad belle ones. You are fantastic, bro and you have the best of both 🌎s. Keep up the good work man.

      LISTEN BROTHER, NIGERIANS KNOW THEIR HISTORY FOR THOUSANDS OF YEARS BEFORE EUROPEANS CAME TO COLONIZE BECAUSE EUROPEANS HAD THE GUN. NIGERIANS COME HERE BECOME DOCTORS AND LAWYERS, BUILD BUISNESSES, MANY NIGEIRAN MEN DO NOT WANT TO BE LINKED WITH TRANZ OR GAYZ..MANY BECOME VERY SUCCESSFULL. MANY ARE TRAVELING TO NIGERIA BUILDING BUSINESSES AND TECHNOLOGY. MANY NIGERIANS DO NOT INFIGHT LIKE BLACK AMERICANS. BLACK AMERICANS ARE JELOUS OF AFRICANS, FACTS. BUT MANY EDUCATED BLACK AMERICANS ARE MAKING FRIENDS WITH MANY NIGERIANS AND TRAVELING TO AFRICA TO BUILD WEALTH WHILE LIVING IN AMERICA. NIGERIA AND AFRICA IN GENERAL IS OPEN UNTAPPED LAND. WE NEED TO ALL COME TOGETHER AND NOT ADOPT TO THE INFIGHTING NARRATIVES THAT WHITES LOVE TO INSTALL IN THE BLACK AMERICAN SOCAITY. 😙NA, BROTHER, SOMETIMES WE FIGHT BUT WE WILL NEVER HATE ON OUR EGO OR YUROBA BROTHERS. WE MAIKING IT WORLD WIDE. YA, FOR REAL, WE NEED TO TELL OUR NIGERIAN YOUNG TO NEVER EVER CALL EACH OTHER THAT N WORD THAT WHITES CREATED. THAT IS SOOO EMBARRASING HOW MANY AMERICAN BLACKS CALL EACH OTHER N WORDS KEEPING EACH OTHER DOWN. NO MATTER WHAT, WE WILL RESPECT OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS. WE DONT WANT THAT N WORD NONSENSE HERE IN LAGOS, OR WE WHIP IT OUT OF YOUR MOUTH, THATS WHAT WE TELL OUR AMERICAN NIGERIANS KIDS.. FACTS.

    Thx for calling out the people. Our culture needs to be preserved and celebrated not cut into chunks and hoarded away.
