Teddy is so co-ordinated at such a young age - and there is a lot of him too, he is such a big beautiful boy. Well done you for being so steady, patient and understanding with/of him. My favourite bit was the look on your face at the first jump - priceless!! So excited to follow as you go on - thank you so much for sharing.
❤I agree with Marion, about everything you have done with Teddy and appreciate your style, comprehensiveness with your excellent and natural presentation. I appreciate your explanations about how Teddy is travelling and sharing his understanding as much as a human can about how their buddy might be thinking. Lovely camera work and music too ! I love watching - really ! So encouraging. Thank you.😊 Good work Mum too ! 2:18
OK baby wet noodle all loosie goosie and wobbly, but this horse is going to be able to jump and he's got that fifth leg that he can sort in front of a fence. Then there's the lazy, well that's not big enough to bother with attitude. I loved the stop, such a baby thing to do but he just figured it out and went. Bless him. He is a stunner and relaxed and happy to trust. Well done you. He is lovely.
Oh Evie, Teddy is glorious ❤ You can see glimpses of what his self-carriage and beautiful topline will be. He really tries for you & what a jump🤗 Your smile after jumping him says it all:- a very proud "Teddy-momma". ❤
Loving how level headed he is (on top of everything else). The fact that he trots on landing is really encouraging - he doesn't wind himself up at all. Great job.
Teddy is so intelligent for his age ,AND is so good to share his journey . Thank you for sharing all you do and exsplaning all you do Thank you to your mum for all her hard work. Take care and all the best . 👍👍👍😊😊😊🐶🐶💖💟
Wow, he is so special. You've got 2 amazing top mounts now. He is so sensible and calm about it all, nothing phases him. Your encouragement to him and gentle way of going is so beneficial to keep a great mind on a horse. Fantastic job with him thus far!! 🎉🎉🎉
Is it weird that this made me cry happy tears? I love this wonderful young horse. You're doing such an amazing job training him. I can't wait to see what he gets up to next. 👏👏👏🤩
He loves playing with his changes! I’ve been watching him practicing them in the field which is great for his coordination once he is jumping a course! 🤞🏻
For some reason I've missed the last couple of Red vlogs so I watched this and thought wow, when did he get such a smart, grown up boy!? You have done a cracking job. I think he'll be very special! He seems to have a great brain and really want to try for you. Xx
A joy to watch. With legs that long, he won't have any trouble 100cm and up! 😅. He does look quite coordinated too. I saw a nice flying change in there. Clever boy, great work Evie. ❤
Teddy 🧸 is such a credit to you. Such a confident and happy horse. It's a pleasure to watch him progress. I have a request for Teachmas. What to do for horses whose brain and hoof coordination isn't great? My current horse hits poles when led over them. I don't think he'll ever be an athlete but I would like him to pop over 80cm. He's 16.2hh.
Thank you! I may not have chance to film that for teachmas but will definitely do a video on it at some point! Maybe start with some scatter poles in all paces, just let your horse come to the pole and figure it out. Start with walk then build up to canter. Walk, trot and canter poles are good to help build the right muscles then once your horse is good with them start raising them. They can be straight line or on a curve. Then eventually build up to grid work which will help too!
😅Thank you so much for Teachmas: it has been so informative and reveals so many aspects of training that people who've not had the benefit of Poly Club membership do not have. Must be good, even my husband who is not a horseman at all understood the intricacies of the movements on and off the tracks!,! Well done you.
I so hope you can keep him, im gonna be watching and commenting on every video you have to try and help lmao. I was just looking at his siblings on the stud website and even though i live across the world i wish i could have one of his siblings for when i start eventing, he is just perfect.
Ahhh thank you so much! I adore him so I really am hoping we can work out a way to keep him. His siblings are stunning. I'm hoping I can get another one at some point x

Watching your face as he popped over the fence at the start of the video was a joy to see. Looking forward to seeing him do more away from home 😊
Well done Evie, loving yours and Mr Red’s journey x

What a lovely young horse. I don't suppose he will mature until 7 or 8 but I know that you have patience and consideration 😊
He’s much more coordinated than I expected him to be at this age given his size! He will come into his own at probably 8/9yo
What a good boy!! He"s a beautiful mover and seems to have a great mind.. think you have a special one!
I think so too! It’s the dream combination 🌟
He is so lovely and scoopy!!! ❤❤❤ Thinking the two of you will have lots of fun together!!!

How come his tail is quite short
His sheep friends had chewed it off at the stud I bought him from so it’s in the process of growing back now!
