I really wish they had horns as an instrument. I think it'd would be really cool to be able to include trumpets or other brass instruments into note block songs...
Wow I didn't realize how many new sound types they added over the years, thought there was just 5. I might build a redstone music mixer now that I know about all these sounds :D
Beat - Kick, Snare, Hi-Hat Bass Line - String Bass Electric Guitar - Guitar Glockenspiel - Bell Ice Chime - Chimes Vocals - Electric Piano Those are the steps That I need.
This is so helpful, we have this project in school where we have to create a christmas jingle. I searched for the perfect sound and tune on youtube but didnt find any, so i decided to use minecraft redstone instead to make the sound i want for the jingle. tysm!
here ar esome suggestions for noteblock sounds that I hope one day at least one will be added: 1.Electric guitar(copper block)credit:[The_CakeisaLie] 2.Acoustic or electric Violin(Soul soil or soul sand) 3.Saxophone(Block of Raw Gold) 4.Ukelele 5.Piano(Ik harp exists I meant like a piano type sound different from the harp sound we have)
Yeah subs usually don't mean you get that many views each video (I wish tho). There's a lot of factors depending on how active/notified subs are and how much the YT algorithm distributes the content.
man i love when you talk for 30 seconds about the sound instead of playing it i wish you would spend like 5 mins talking about it instead of playing it
I've already reduced that a little bit, I get really annoyed when I see it during editing as well, I don't really notice I'm doing it while recording xD
I swear they should make it so bone blocks have that sound on note blocks I know it already makes a xylophone sound but they should make it the placing sound instead They should do the same with amethyst
soul soil should give a sort of voice sound, kinda like a choir group or something, like the souls within the soil are singing
vocaloid cover: soul sand edition
That would be eerie and cool at the same time
MY GOD DUDE ADD THAT RIGHT NOW
Hi Gary! What eating today?! Me eating cactus bread!
?@@Corpah
If you stack 2 noteblocks, you can't use the bottom one but the top one is the normal noteblock sound but way deeper!
Could be because the noteblock below forces the top one to take on the bass/wood sound
@@dafabulus1694 mhm, that makes sense
Bass sound can be heard from the wood blocks and since noteblock is wood too, they sounds same as the wood blocks! what a nice detail xd
its a bass lol
An octave lower to imitate bass mate
Bass string - Any wood block
Snare Drum - Sands, gravel, and concrete powder
HiHat - Glass, sea lantern
Bass drum - Any stone block
Bells/glockenspiel - Gold block
Flute - Clay, honeycomb
Chimes - Packed ice
Guitar - Wools
Xylophone - Bone block
Vibraphone - Iron block
Cowbell - Soul Sand
Didgeridoo - Pumpkin
8-Bit - Emerald block
Banjo - Hay Bale
Electric Piano - Glowstone block
Harp/Piano - Air
air…?
YOU MEAN OTHER BLOCKS RIGHT?
takk
Gods work brotha
I can already imagine what the noteblock will sound like with a amethyst under it
me 2 man, cuz im 60% sure they made the amythest noises by pasting the noteblokc chime noise into a smash/stone noise and they modifying it.
@Socorro Hawes shut up bot
@Matias Franklin shut up bot
stone lol
its the bass
I never knew there were SO MANY noteblock sounds and blocks! Awesome video!
Same
I wish they would add one that sounds like an organ
I would rather have organ over cowbell for soul sand honestly. It just makes so much more sense.
Same
*Davy Jones intensifies*
That was literally the reason i came to this video, i wanted to make an organ for a steam punk build.
I really wish they had horns as an instrument. I think it'd would be really cool to be able to include trumpets or other brass instruments into note block songs...
minecraft full band arrangement
I thought redstone machines are the hardest in minecraft, but it seems I was wrong.
Thank you!
I think it’s not hard to do it’s just got a lot of variety
I’m struggling understanding comparators lol
Planks can be used for the bass sound too, if for some reason you want to do this on survival lol
other blocks made out of wood also works, like crafting table
That moment when you're playing in survival and like the gold the best
SLABS. Cuz yes I've built 1000 note piano pieces in survival
Wow I didn't realize how many new sound types they added over the years, thought there was just 5. I might build a redstone music mixer now that I know about all these sounds :D
this just reminded me that everytime they add an item, they must find an instrument (including unconventional or forgotten ones) to fit it
the amethyst needs its own music
I tried and i think nothing happens
Beat - Kick, Snare, Hi-Hat
Bass Line - String Bass
Electric Guitar - Guitar
Glockenspiel - Bell
Ice Chime - Chimes
Vocals - Electric Piano
Those are the steps That I need.
@channelvera1138 Thank you for the Snare Recommendation!
This is so helpful, we have this project in school where we have to create a christmas jingle. I searched for the perfect sound and tune on youtube but didnt find any, so i decided to use minecraft redstone instead to make the sound i want for the jingle. tysm!
Thank you so much for all of this! Save me so much time! 🎵📦
Happy to help!
Over half of the note block sounds In didn't know about! Really good video.
Thanks!
Will definitely use packed ice chimes for my mine elevator. Sounds good!
nice video! i'm looking forward for amethyst noteblock instruments :)
Ooh, that would be great!
They should add brass
The new copper blocks shall be brass.
didgeridoo kinda sounds like the brass hmm
Bugle
There's so much blocks for the bass drum I used to thought it was the default if a block didn't have its own instrument
Thankssss I was looking for something like this! I’ve made Tetris music with the emerald lmao
3:58
We all have to agree that is sounds like when you tap your microphone
Wow I didnt know about the Didgeridoo Note Block instrument!
Thank you dude that was really helpful! ^^
Glad to hear it!
Thanks, this is exactly what I needed!
The skulk and prismarine blocks need their own sounds
Cool! There are so many more noteblock instruments than I thought
here ar esome suggestions for noteblock sounds that I hope one day at least one will be added:
1.Electric guitar(copper block)credit:[The_CakeisaLie]
2.Acoustic or electric Violin(Soul soil or soul sand)
3.Saxophone(Block of Raw Gold)
4.Ukelele
5.Piano(Ik harp exists I meant like a piano type sound different from the harp sound we have)
Bruh I desperately want acoustic violin in the game
@@dhans9662 same
I think in the update after the wild update
They need to add more notebllck sounds
Maybe a music and adventure update could be nice
@@Mark-Wilson Yeah I'd love to see more orchestral instruments as a whole in this game
I like how this channel has over 30,000 subscribers, but a bit of his videos have barely any views....
*do not delete this, your videos are cool!*
This one is actually doing great so far xD
Yeah subs usually don't mean you get that many views each video (I wish tho). There's a lot of factors depending on how active/notified subs are and how much the YT algorithm distributes the content.
man i love when you talk for 30 seconds about the sound instead of playing it i wish you would spend like 5 mins talking about it instead of playing it
nice i only know 6 of them now i can use minecraft note block as music creator XD
I have been waiting for this
This is the beginning to an amazing channel
Many people on talking about how planks can make the bass sound, but so can bee nests
i hope you grow to a big youtuber
Cool video! Maybe a mossblock under a noteblock will create some natural music like bird sounds.
Oh my gosh yes
I need this
Thanks bro it was pretty helpful👏
You're the best TH-camr ever I'm glad you're getting a lot of subscribers😍🤩❤️♥️😃
Thank you so much 😀
@@MaxStuff you're welcome
44k subs congrats good vid
Thx max
wow i never knew this, nice video!
Thank you!
Everyone else: *talking about how cool it is*
Me: *wondering how he got sand to float*
Barrier blocks probably
If you're stupid fast you can float sand on amethyst crystals
Sand, wood, sea lamtern, stone, gold block, clay(+ on bedrock edition honey block), ice, wool, bone block, iron block, soul sand, pumpkin, emerald block, haybale, glowstone, air(nothing below the note block)
I'm getting mario64 endless staircase flashbacks 😂
Really cool video 😉
Thanks 😁
Cool ! thanks to your video I can make my own park entry jingle :)
Considering how precise the visual sound effects are I’m surprised it only says “note block plays” how are my deaf friends gonna whip up bangers?!?!
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thanks for the help!
No problem!
Of course the bone should some as a xylophone
Thank you,sooooo much.
You're welcome!
Wood: planks slabs, stairs, even craftingbtables. Anything made from wood gives you the bass sound. I personally use slabs cuz cheap.
note block on a note block makes a cool sound
99% yap
1% testing
i had to 2x speed this
dude calm down with the pov wiggle plz
Hey just a tip for future videos, stop shaking your mouse/camera so much. I literally got motion sickness and dizzy from trying to watch this.
I've already reduced that a little bit, I get really annoyed when I see it during editing as well, I don't really notice I'm doing it while recording xD
End Portal Frame + Noteblock give bass drum sound
Note block on top of a note block makes a base sound
They should add Violin
My favorite tone is emerald
Needs more soul sand
Note blocks on top of end portal frames aso give the sound of a bass drum
👍. EARNED a sub.
The "Pling" effect sounds like the muted electric guitar sound. Nice!
thanks i need this to use 24 hours of my life to make crab rave
yep
planks also play the bass strings sound, not just logs and wood
Minecraft is complex when it comes to note blocks
I swear they should make it so bone blocks have that sound on note blocks
I know it already makes a xylophone sound but they should make it the placing sound instead
They should do the same with amethyst
This guy is so underrated!
It’s odd how the dragon egg is classed in the stone sound (or at least in bedrock it is)
I didnt see if it was there but deepslate blocks has bass drums
thanks max
today I learned that the minecraft didgeridoo sound scares me
Why does soul sand of all things make a cowbell sound?
I wonder if there's any new sounds coming in 1.17
what 's version Minecraft ?
This is 1.17
@@MaxStuff thanks
Trumpet and Trombone!
There needs to be a saxophone. I strongly desire the ability to recreate Maneater by Hall and Oates.
Or Careless Whisper solo
Why do you don't place just a plank
Thx
Sounds more like a woodblock than a hi-hat
what if you place a note block on a end Gate way? wich Sound is it than?
Just the regular sound
You forgot nether bricks for Bass Drum
Good
Thanks
jou also get anather note if jou stak 2 noteblocks on top ov ietgather
Note block on top of note block
He forgot the mob heads
The mob head note block feature didn’t exist 3 years ago
They really need to add a horn sound
we need a kazoo
The way he says Glockenspiel hurts in my ears. Maybe it's because I'm German.
Sorry, my german pronunciation has never been great xD
Blue ice is what it works on the PS3
I need an amethyst note block instrument
You forgot a note block under a note block! The lower note block is a rest, and the upper note block is a special instrument, I think.
Note blocks are made of wood so the top is a bass sound
You can use the chest
redstone lamp makes slightly diffrent sound
The one I wanted was at the end of the video lmao
oof
@@MaxStuff thanks for replying love this video 👍 😄
I wander what the instrument HAT is?
Very 👍
Does this still work in 1.19
Yes, this is all still the same for 1.19!
Imagine if you put a noteblock on a noteblock
