It's Chinatown in Japan's second largest city Yokohama. I was just there It's a beautiful city and the food on this street is 😱 so good.

Thanks for posting this but It is and will always be CHINESE NEW YEAR. Like in past thousands of years. Not Something lunar. Lunar=moon. Chinese calendar is never a moon calendar.
