1. If you apply on the portal you don't have any power where to be placed,,, they just shuffle and do placements randomly. 2. You can go to the headquarters and request,,, am not sure though 3. You can wait for replacements, i.e some people can not afford,able or don't want to go to the campuses they have being placed,,so they have to be placed.In this case, you have to go to the campus you want to join and request/ask for vacancies in course you want,also you can go to headquarters and request/ask for vacancies...! 4. After getting your letter you can go to headquarters and ask for a transfer,,,but getting a transfer is hectic. 5. Hry I was wondering if it is possible for me to go to kmtc Nairobi for example or will they place me anywhere
