    Great Videos! I have Retable Activepieces and AITable and have been looking to get my spreadsheet groove going, so your videos have been very helpful. Nevertheless, I was dropped on my head repeatedly as a child so it would be great if you made project videos - kind of like you've been doing, but a little more for the common folk than "techies", taking into account Real world Scenarios Like - Automate building growth hacks into an email list., or executing sales via Woocommerce and sending an email reply/invoice to client, Full business automation - Marketing Agency etc. etc. ... Anyway thanks P.S. I'm hoping the folks at AItable get a little more active with their "AI Agents", because right now they are not really "Agents" they are more like Chat Bot builders, and their Roadmap is a little week.

      Ah yes! Thank you so much for the feedback. This is exactly the type of feedback that I want, so can make more videos that tailors to tools/flows/processes that a lot of people are using.
      Please keep posting those ideas and I will put them on my list of contents.

      @@codingmenace I'm still a little confused about a "file node " ...and what it is and how does it relate to the 50,000 record per sheet ? As back end for a directory app with 10k-20k users....will T2 be enough 🤔

    • @codingmenace

      A table or spreadsheet is pretty much considered a node. The limit of 50k is the amount of records that can be stored to a node or table. 50k records is the same across tier. The question becomes, how many tables do you need to support all those users and how many api calls is required.
      If you're not sure, you can always go with a higher tier and downgrade if it's way more than needed. Does that help?

      @@codingmenace Thanks for your response in advance. Will definitely support you via the links. So if I don't need a chat bot function and automation function ...perhaps the unlimited API calls offered by Retable might be best for me (app users interacting with data via API using retable /Aitable )

  • @LensRealtyMedia

    So which one is the best for you in terms of money spend and features?

    • @codingmenace

      Thanks for the question. I love AITable's chatbot and being able to train it on my data (this is something that is only available on their platform). The number of automations and API calls available is great for what you pay for.

    • @LensRealtyMedia

      @codingmenace, how much data can you train it on? Also, how accurate have you found the chatbot to be? Lastly, which software's would you recommend for an Amazon deal site, where you track prices and notify people when there are price mistakes or great deals?

    • @codingmenace

      @@LensRealtyMedia you will have to look at the message credits per month as that's how many message you have for messaging the AI chatbot. As far as data limitation, all LTD tier has 50K records across the board on how much you can store inside a node, which should be plenty for most use cases.
      From my experience, it's pretty spot on when responding to queries.
      As far as tools, you can create a web scraping tool on Zapier or ActivePieces that will look at Amazon on a daily basis. You can built it to notify you via email and keep track of prices. I might do a video on this in the future.

      @@codingmenace yes im a team of 2 atm but debating if i should get the higher tier to future proof :) was wondering how you felt about the value for tier 4 when compared to the others at that price point. is that something you feel would be needed for say a team of 10 doubt ill grow pass that and if i do then price wont be an issue :)

    • @codingmenace

      My suggestion is to go with the highest tier that you can afford or willing to pay for, then try it out for a few weeks.
      Worst case is, you can always downgrade to a lower tier if you end up not needing the extra nodes and features.
