    Mi-a fost de mare ajutor acest tutorial, desi am facut revizia la un reductor BRC MB 1200 pasii sunt la fel. Timp de lucru pentru un necunoscator 2 ore la relantiu de la remontarea vaporizatorului de pe masina si pana la pornit auto pe gaz. Nu am facut nici un reglaj, doar am schimbat kitul de garnituri + plaman.

    No, on Tank you have the multivalve - the part where are connected the pipes. There you will find one tap (valve) and this will close the gas toward reducer. The tap is like 20cents coin.

    The pressure will be adjust with the interface on computer according to noozle size. With the computer you do the calibrate too. Everything it's reading instructions!

    Yes. You need to adjust the pressure with the computer connected to ECU LPG.

    Hello there, i came here for the valve part, not the exact valve, bet another "valve" like thing next to it, there is a hole to unscrew it, but am i supposed to open it and clean inside? Or if i turn it will it brake? Nice video!

    Am o problema de 3 zile nu vrea sa mai cupleze de pe benzina pe GPL( am jumătate de rezervor-vreo 18 Litri) da eroarea : No gas pressure sensor (100), Gas pressure sensor error (too low) (0)Am o interfață luată de la magazinul dvs. si asta imi arata.Daca sterg eroarea la fel face.Se reseteaza -adica se aud supapele la cele două bobine ca lucreaza ( si la rezervor si la reductor-vaporizator, cum s-o chema).In interfață nu îmi arată presiunea la GPL , adică este 0.in dreapta sus.Multumesc.ce sa fie.dintr-o dată a facut.Se aud si 4 bip uri ca si cum as avea rezervorul gol.Am curățat filtrul de la faza lichida( si avea ceva murdarie) Gaz era în vaporizator.

      dupa 4 revizii semestriale: adica 4x6luni sau 4x15.000 km.

    Instructiunile de folosire a setului de membrane recomanda schimbul la 80.000 km sau daca masina a stat mai mult de 6 luni.

    1. Scrie pe corpul plamanului ceva...tomasetto sau altceva. Intreb ca eu am instalatie Fratelli si seamana cu acel plaman....
    2. La cat timp / km se face aceasta operatiune?
    3. Cu ce ati spalat: benzina, motorina?

    Salut vaporizatori meu de pe masina este de 122 cp si sa faramat am inlocuit cu altul de 170 cp difera acesti cp ? Afecteaza cu ceva

    if you are not an lpg certified tech i dont think it is wise to do something on your own...and supposed you did...how are you gonna adjust the pressure?? calibrate??

    salut. am reglat culbutorii la logan si mi se opreste motorul la prima trecere pe gaz. mesajul in soft este: "LPG pressure too high". ce imi recomandati sa fac in soft? multumesc

    As vrea sa imi faci si mie aceasta operatiune contracost.
    Masina merge bine dar miroase a gaz in masina si nu ii dau de cap de unde ar putea fi,cei de la service au schimbat un furtun si cam atat .
    Masina are 100000 pe gpl.

    Va salut! Eu am nevoie sa stiu care este necesarul de caldura al "AT09" deoarece vreau sa ii fac un sistem de incalzire separat, si cu incalzire electrica se monteaza pe un motor de opel astra z16xe.

      Va raspund eu. Cu cat gazul intra mai rece (fata de temperatura maxima la care-l duce motorul) in camera de ardere, cu ata e mai concentrat si chiar poate depasi performantele benzinei (testat de mine). Daca se coboara temperatura lichidului ce trece prin regulator, in jurul valorii de 50 de grade, ai sa ramai surpins, de ce poate GPL-ul , fara a mari consumul, care nu trebuie sa-l depaseasca pe cel al benzinei, decat in foarte mica masura. Prin intercalarea unei diuze in circuitul de racire (incalzire a regulatorului), se revine la performanta circuitului de incalzire din habitaclu (in urma instalarii gazului, gradul de incalzire se diminuiaza, scazand viteza de circulatie a lichidului, deci racindu-se), si introducerea unui volum mai concentrat de gaz (cu cat e mai cald, e mai extins) in camera de ardere, ceea ce duce la o explozie mai puternica.

      @@cristiguzga7168 , prin intercalarea unei duze din orice material antioxidant, înainte sau după regulator. Descrierea completă o am pe forum Dacia club, dar spun și aici câtea detalii: furtunul are la interior, diametrul de 16mm, așa că din plastic, textolit sau bronz, se poate face o piesă de formă cilindrică cu lungimea mai mare de 16mm, ca să nu se poată roti sau așeza în curmeziș la dilatarea furtunului, cu diametrul în așa fel încât să intre greoi pe furtun (16,7mm), iar gaura (duza) după cât de mult vrei să scazi temperatura, dar nu mai mică de 2,5mm, că va fi prea rece iarna, cel puțin la prima perioadă după pornirea motorului. Duza (gaura) trebuie să fie din două diametre, pentru ca frecarea pe gaura mică să nu încetinească prea mult trecerea, piesa fiind prea lungă. Deci, până la jumatea ei se va găuri cu diametru mai mare (5-6mm) și restul cu diametrul decisiv (cel de 2,5). Rezultate : se revine cu căldura în interior, aproape de original (pentru că o cantitate însemnată avea traseul prin regulator, deci „bâlbâială” care pe unde să treacă mai întâi), temperatura gazului scăzând va fi mai concentrat în camera de ardere (când e prea cald, gazul intră gata expandat în cilindru), și caracteristica lui se ridică cel puțin la cea a benzinei (cifra octanică fiind apropiată).

    am acelasi reductor si rampa hanna black 2000, duze parca de 2. Ce presiune trebuie sa fie in vaporizator ? Eu la acest moment am 1.35 insa nu stiu daca e buna sau nu. Din ce am vazut in manualul Tomasseto acolo era pusa 1.2. Eu daca ajung la presiunea asta, multiplicatorul imi pleaca de pe la 1.6 ceea ce este cam mult. La 1.35 imi pleaca de pe la 1.4 (aproximativ 1.4).

      +Dan-Cristian Lazar Presiunea se regleaza exact de ce vedeti pe calculator. Duze mai mici, necesita o presiune mai mare, ca sa furnizeze aceeasi cantitate de gaz in aceasi unitate de timp. Din aceste 3 variabile: duze, presiune si timpi de injectie (multiplicator) se realizeaza un reglaj corect.

      +Titus Flueras multumesc pentru raspuns. La presinea mentionata mai sus, multiplicator 1.4 pot sa zic ca timpii de injectie pe benzina sunt 1.97 iar cand cuplez gpl-ul timpii pe benzina sunt 2 chiar 2.03.

      Dar tu, te-ai nascut cu dinamometrica-n mana, nu stii cat sa strangi un surub ? Necazul e altul, mult mai grav - testul de functionalitate, ca in asemenea conditii, cand doar pui piese noi, n-ai facut mai nimic, daca nu ai reglat niste parametrii functionali, mai ales la regulatorul de inalta presiune, care poate duce si depasi "neglijabila " valoare, de 30%.

      Autogenu' G A fost doar o intrrebare ca sa fac totul ca la carte intre timp am schimabt si eu filtrele si am strans la mana fara cheie dinamometrica dar era eram curios cam la cat se strange ca idee .

      Cand ai garnituri de cauciuc nu se specifica forta de strangere. Doar la garnituri metalice se specifica, sa nu pocneasca. La cauciuc o simti la mana, fara sa o strangi cu simt de raspundere pana nu mai merge. Strangi pana simti ca a ajuns garnitura apoi mai strangi un sfert maxim jumatate de tura.

    Nu are nici o treaba analizorul de gaze cu presiunea de iesire. Presiunea se regleaza in functie de marime duze si cu calculatorul legat de ECU gpl.
