Super super sick!!! I got corrected by an Asian man on the pronunciation of Tamyia think of it like this Tammy yeah(ya). Been saying it like you for years. lol.
Also wonder if you could take some angle aluminum and bend it slightly and run it along the bottom to look like trim. Mount from the inside to frame and then lip to body like your bracket. I dunno ideas.
Honestly, I don't see why not. It will make a very short truck and you will for sure have to drill and tap mounting holes for the cab, fuel tanks and battery boxes.
I didn't want to be the guy that asks MORE questions..... But on your next truck, if you could possibly set your camera or phone in a fixed spot, and film the process of adding the cab mounts, and the hood hinge.... That would provide invaluable help! I understand your busy schedule, I used to have one myself. So I'm suggesting WHEN you do your next conversion, if you could take us along, with the actual work.... that would likely leave no doubt in anyone's mind on how to do it. 😊 That said, this was still informative and useful. I may have just enough common sense left, to try one! IF I had a Bruder body, I'd love to make a video of the whole process.... The sad truth is, I'm a disabled veteran. It gives me plenty of time for such a thing, but I actually have to scrimp and save... Just to get the Bruder body. 😢 And that will take me quite a while. I've got a Tamiya chassis. I'm just trying to source a Cab and Dump Bed.... I've been following your channel for a while now, and love your creative builds. I'd love to try one someday. Thanks for what you do, even with a full-time schedule.
Fantastic thank you for sharing. I’ve watched your videos in the past always trying to figure out how you got the cab to work. Just one question where do you get the cab. 👍👍
Thank you. I just started out in the hobby building my king hauler and loving it. Looking forward to building a dump truck from scratch. Have to study up on the planitary drive 😊
Good day
Always creative and very informative, thanks for sharing.
You answered all of the questions that I had plus gave me a few other ideas. I appreciate you posting this vid.

Well, no one has corrected me yet and I have heard it pronounced a couple different ways. LOL

All kinds of ways, I should the 3 slightly different ways I did it. Always more than one way to a lot of this stuff. 😉
Nice looking rig. I'm thinking about attempting a build. 👍🏾🔥
I did the same thing to mount my bruder mack cab on my king kong 6x6 chasis. Still my favorite truck!
Where do you get your Tamiya frames? I've already got the Tamiya transmission, and axles. Just need a few more parts.
@@Roboticus_Prime_RC try Semi Joe's or Hobby concepts. Depends on what frame length you need. 🤔 Some are currently sold out.
That’s awesome man. Great tutorial if they can’t figure it out from here they need to forget about it.
Oh, I am sure I have forgotten a few things and there will be some criticism, but I try. ;-)

What frame rails are you building off from for the dump trucks ?
Theses are all built on King Hauler rails.
@ thanks Denny
Denny can I use a tamiya Globeliner frame to put the Bruder cab on?

Great video for a nudge in the right direction

I buy complete Bruder trucks and just use the cab. Sometimes I use the dump box as well.
