  • Inishmore is the largest and most popular island of the three Aran Islands. It is home to a population of around 800 people who predominantly speak Irish as their first language. Inishmore boasts many scenic attractions and historical monuments, including some which date back to early Christian times. A highlight for visitors is Dun Aonghasa, an Iron Age fort perched precariously atop a 100-meter-high cliff face.
Visitors can also take in other sights like the Wormhole, where the Red Bull Cliff Diving Series was held in 2014 and 2017. The Seven Churches, St. Benan’s Church, Inishmore Seal Colony and many more.
The island’s natural beauty is well worth experiencing, with its rugged terrain rife with flora and fauna to explore. Inishmore continues to draw crowds despite its seclusion; many come to experience its unique culture steeped in Irish heritage and captivating landscapes.
We got good weather but make sure to bring proper equipment and shoes as the weather can change really quickly. The guy at the end of my video was fantastic and great craic. Book him when there
