I have super, super dense low porosity hair and I was thinking of using blow drying to stretch before twists instead of the African band method. Let me know your thoughts.
My hair does not like me twisting it wet fr. It's a weird texture when it dries in the twists. I just stretch it first and then twist the next day and it pops. Lol I like how small you do yours. I like volume, so mine be big asl and then I get mad when they don't last the whole week lol

No I let it dry in place. It doesn’t flake or anything. I usually remove the excess when doing braid outs or rod sets.
