I can't put my finger on it, but this was the theme that, as soon as I encountered it in the game, made me absolutely certain that it was about the Dreamcast (I was doing a blind play - friend bought it for his PS4 and I had never heard of the series).
There is just something about the track that SCREAMS Dreamcast.
