Hi! That's a really good question! For the be zealous, I prefer the new material because I think the original material would make this back pack probably heavier. For other styles like the hobobo, be quick, be set or totes, I personally prefer the traditional/original material 😄 because I prefer a stiffer feeling in those bags.
Hi! I find only the zipper for the mommy pocket with the two zipper pulls not as smooth as the others on my bag. Not sure if every Be Zealous is like this though. Maybe before buying, ask the retailer if they mind checking the zippers for you before sending, if you are ordering online.
In regards to organization do u prefer the zealous over the brb? Is it lighter? Does it pack more? I know the be sporty is a harder bag to pack but if you were to rate 1st, 2nd & 3rd between those three bags in regards to style, organization, lightweight, practical for everyday use?which do you use more? Or do you use it according to where your going? Like work or leisure? Currently I'm using the be sporty i'm just curious if I'd like the zealous more just cuz of the organization? I know it's a bigger bag than the sporty is it good for daily use?
Hi Josie! I used to own a brb but sold it because I found it too heavy for me when it is packed up. The zealous is much lighter than the brb and has great organization too and is easier to pack than the sporty. I also like the padded straps on the zealous which the sporty doesn't have. If you don't have to pack a lot and going out for a short period then the sporty would work. The zealous has a floppy structure though so doesn't hold up like the brb. Having less structure makes it lighter. Based on style, organization, lightweight and everyday use this is my order: zealous, sporty, brb. The zealous open up nicely so you can reach for things easier than the sporty. Hope this helps!

I would agree with your choices as i don't grab for the brb so i really wanted to replace that with better organization unlike the sporty but lighter than the brb. So i think Zealous will be the right in between bag. I'm getting it in the galaxy., I can't wait to use it! I'm trying to stick with one or two bags prefebally my hobobe & a backpack, it's kinda hard with JJB they have so many unique prints. My fave right now is the Sakura at dusk in the sporty & hobobe!
