I've seen a lot of captains looking forward to an animated movies. As far as I know, Mihoyo is planning to do so. However, they are facing a shortage of capacity. Although Mihoyo had bought a Chinese animation company (吾立方) and continue to work with Wonderium (a Japanese animation company), the animation they can produce each quarter is still less than 10 minutes. However, Mihoyo Anime is now studying AI choreography. With this technology, the animators only needs to create a few keyframes and the rest will be automatically done by the AI. Lumi is one of the byproduct of this technology. (I learned all these information above from some Chinese bloggers and media, so these might not be completely accurate.)

the artstyle for the anime improved lots! i couldnt really catch it much but they added more detail to the eyes and there's more of those classic anime emotes its nice to know they focused on improving the quality of the anime, kudos to the animation staff!
